I tried thinking about it and it hurt my head.
Watching the faeron village, i estimate about 10k bots per week are created. (1/second)
Idk how to do their job so i just quit trying. All i know is that probably the best idea ive heard is for ncwest to make the infamous program integrated and make it a 'premium' feature for $5 a month or something.
problem is they ban (if they do) low lvl chars. for a botter its nothing to create 1 char so no point to do that . go hit main chars! cut the evil from root.
listen NC i know you afraid to ban those guys cuz they pay good $$ to you . but do you know how many people quitted cuz of them ? being a daily basis player for past 4 years i can say i deleted more than 200 chars from friend list in total Not many thou who quitted cuz game is hard. l2 was always hard and everybody knows it. This game is really good (pvp,group playing,Amazing siege system etc), could have many servers more if clean. But imagine a player go parnasus for pvp , the scripter target him so fast he cant even noble himself after ressurection .. or use bsoe , also script to cancel ur skills or auto bsoe when hp go low. at sieges ? Except huge lag when go near , they mass attack the chars who attack their healers and also attack the chars with most debuffs on them. and many more ... This makes game not fair and totally unplayable. i dont talk about beleth for example or ch sieges where you cant even sign cuz of them ... so think again what destroys ur business before you add something new which (you think) will drag more players... maybe it wil but not for long and not as many as it could if game was clean

I just have one thing to say to those whining noobs who "think" they have the authority to say who is bot or who is not.
I box all 7 toons manually using 3 keyboards and 3 mouse. In the 11 years playing this game, you don't know how many times I have been called bots. The truth is, I never bot and never will. And the OTHER funnier thing is, those that point fingers bot bot bot, they're truly the real botters with pvp programs that auto target my healer.

If botter can go from level 1 to 99 in 3 days and level 100 in 7 days even, then you have no idea how fast they can bot. Not even a clue.

If you play with a good CP, give yourself enough boosts and drop a couple hundred bucks in the event to gear yourself up to a decent degree, you can level up really fast.

85>90 (60b~ exp total) can be done at fairies in around 2 hours at most with 700% boost.
Lv. 90 > 95 (200b~ exp total) can be done at fairies in like 3~hours with 700% boost.
Lv. 95 > 97 (330b~ exp total) can be done at boz core in around ~4-5 hours at 700% boost.
97 > 99 (1 trillion~ exp total) can be done pretty fast at enchanted valley if you go duo or trio, unsure how fast it would be.. but i would guess 15 hours or so.
Not even counting the XP you would get if you go duo k90/k95 two times, and later baylor at lv. 97+.
Fairies can be done literally with apocalypse with 150 attribute and clean immortal gear, rose or similar to help with defense/faster kill.
Boz core and enchanted valley would require better equipment however, thats where l2store & dropping a few hundred in l2store come in.

Did my dual for 4 days only 85 to 99 as i reroll my dual from wynn to tyrr which makes me complete lvl 3 exalted quest much faster and obtain 5 pve stones doing powerlevel... did it with kartia event.. used freya maphyr emperor rune that rose scroll 200%rune fantasy isle scroll and this vit maint pots and erupting.. dunno about the +% exp but did 2 k85 reach 93.. did 2 k90 reach 95.. did k95 and all reach 99 in 2 half days time... maybe ncoin spent was just 1400 no more no less.. and thats smart playing.. did 99 to 100 for 8 days doing kama k95 baylor with same exp boost set up...
