Hello , what people thinking about merged servers ? since bartz shilen magmeld not have population....... Admins have a plan do merged or something or u w8 this servers dead before u do something?
How much more money they want? they already loose money , people in low population server not found daily players for do instance this mean less money from extra passes in dungeons ....... This is total players , shops fishers afk bots ........ so just think how many daily active people servers have....
Ofcorse , i think the same , Naia chronos stay like right now , and merged bartz magmeld and shilen for make competitions . Also i dont think people from bartz magmeld shilen who want tranfer they will tranfer from 1 dead server to other dead server , so besicaly ncoft not loose money , people who want tranfer in naia and chronos need still pay the ncoins.
I really feel bad for the players in those servers and basically being left there to rot.
Anyway for NCwest it would be cheaper to pay for 2 less servers too, more people = competition = more profit too, so I dont know what are they waiting for?
They make more profit when the servers are like they are atm. Let alone that merge may cause access issues that will hurt their income way more.
Hell, they have even opened a new server last month, don't expect merge anytime soon.I think even Juji said that in some other thread.
On a side note, the servers are run on VPS, which is cheap and good, so they don't care about cutting costs really either.

Any major spender has a CP, so they don't care about randoms and their instances.Atelia 24/7 and Gainak from time to time.
Problem here is not the population but generally most players are carebears and just want to join the the top clan to feel that they are something. Just for instance our group who were in Naia and came to Magmeld (Totally 1-sided server) to farm etc. We got bored since no pvp, drama came up and we decided to leave and go pvp them even if it means going 2 pts (sometimes 1pt) vs the whole server. Do we always win ofc not but are we having fun YES! even if a server will have 300 players if you divide that into 2 (150 vs 150), it will be a 2 sided server = Live server. So I suggest for players to grow some balls start a new side in your server and stop b*tch*ng about merge cause ain't gonna happen :) As for PvE if you wanna do dailies make a cp with your friends and do it or if you're still not happy transfer server LOL

In regards to this merge topic...say they merged Zaken into Chronos. Just saying. What would happen if you had a full 7 char roster on your account in Chronos, and another full 7 char roster on the same account in Zaken?

What is the point let one server with 400 people online(some of them bot , fishing , shop in aden) ? Also about people jumping ........ People jumping in server where they not have competitions , but if ncoft merged bartz shilen magmeld in 1 server they will not jump anymore since in naia atm is dh and right , in chronos is nova aftica fs ..... so they will not have anywhere to jump for avoid pvp :) . Shilen Bartz Magmeld should be merging soon to keep them alive. By any means Zaken shouldnt be ever merged as thats just defeating the puporse of opening a new server in the first place, at least not for another 1-2 years and only if it fails to the point its not able to sustain its own.
Magmeld 300 people new record , bartz 400 people shilen 700 , 50% of this people shop or fishing ......... Vote for servers keep them alive let gms admins know we need merged for enjoy the game ..........

Do u know many people who tranfer in dead servers ? Propably few people will tranfer in bartz shilend magmeld ..... I not say merged all servers in 1 i just say merged the dead servers ...... If u see more and more people leave the game (not the servers) bartz magmeld 400 people shilen 700 ..... because not competition not pvp = boring servers ....... Answer me in other question what is point keep one server with 300 people ? And i repeat this numbers is in total from this 300 (50-100 shops 50-100 bots 50-100 fishing ) So this mean this servers is totaly dead .
There are many fair and non p2w games and if nc will not change it policy with slow boring grind where only way to make game fun is cash in it will just become less and less popular. Game does not need to die in terms of closed servers, i made character again on zaken today, how long it is after zaken opened? and look at party matching, just now i make this screen, if you consider how many people are "online" there are only 8 groups looking for members, others are just selling stuff.
No one is looking for party to grind and spoil or something, this aspect of game is dead already, you just make your dualbox iss and go solo , that's what most people will say to you lol, and you call that mmorpg?
Its a pathetic excuse of game full with lame gamble events, bots and no hope to change. And you cannot only blame NC for that, money comes form few rich sheeple who are just feeding NC to the state there there is no point to do anything to get paid.
Constant server opening and merge would be beneficial but there need to be way way way more changes to make this game thrive. Recently started to play one new game on steam, new gen, where you need to aim skill shots, where you can evade mob skill shots and where your reaction and timing is way more important than your gear, ofc pve, i feel that it will be p2w in the end but at least im having fun leveling and killing mobs, its challenging and fun. Lineage 2 cannot compete with that its too old for change. Exping is so **** boring and simple if you get decent gear, turn your brain off - target mob, f1 f2 f3 f4, repeat. So while L2 cannot compete in any way with new games it also makes only thing that it has pvp/pk grind - pk- dead, pvp - p2w, grind -slow and boring

The way timezone was implemented is a joke.
So we have Magmeld with players from Brazil and Greece.. Timezone is good for UK...
They should have stated timezones and then people would chose server.
Anyway they should make it so that players are happy with their timezone when a merge occurs. It would be better if they focused on that rather than on existing timezones.
For example if server A has same timezone with server B and server C has same timezone with server D, then they should simply NOT follow the easiset way (aka merge A&B and C&D). They should give the people the option via logging into their accounts and chose where they wish to be moved. Half the players from C would chose A and the other half would chose B. Same for server D.

Your point of view is not valid,
If by this, not even all players would play in Zaken server, and GMT-6 (Apparently there are many Europeans playing there)
Or else, there would be only European players playing in the NAIA server (Actually there are not only Europeans playing there)
Or in Shilen and Magmeld servers for Vietnamese players and not really play on the server that is closest or compatible to their schedule.
Regarding the time, this was never an issue, by the way anyway there will be a discussion in the forum about the best time to be set as server time (between the three servers to be merged)

Juji confirmed already, Zaken/Chronos/Naia will not be a part of this move.
