Before I go on, I want to let you know what good P2W system is supposed to be. First, let me ask you some questions. Do you think it's possible to take, take, take all the time without giving anything back? Do you think it's possible to harvest and reap the rewards without sowing?
Paying to get Exp, Paying to get Gears, Paying to get OP buffs to do PVP...LOL How long do you think people will play this game? Do you want L2 to continue? Do you want to get new players???
Like I've been telling you on and on from before, Nstore should Exist Only as a mean to help people accelerate the experience of L2. Not the one and only way to play this game.
Fix the spoil rate and items drops to normal as if this was the Subscription base...I know you are concerned about bots if the spoil rate increases. So, I will give you the solution to the bot problem. Simply Place Bot killing Mobs all over the map. They look exactly the same as normal mobs and they are passive mobs-meaning they don't attack first, but they have like 1 Billion HP and cast 1 Million damage AOE once attacked. simply any bots attacking it will die...the only difference of bot killing mobs from regular mobs is that they have strange glow on them. So people actually playing the game will know not to attack them but bots can't distinguish them from normal mobs with their bot programs. Well, I am sure you can work this out or figure out something better.
Anyways...
While my fortune was getting power-leveling at altar of evil for 3 hrs(lvl 80-85)
I noticed something funny. In 3 hrs I got 10 x Gaiter of Jubei(B-grade pants) and I mean WTF? and I hear people getting Samurai sword(C-grade) from seal of shilen(LvL95+ area) O.K. I know I kept asking you to increase the drop-rates and apparently you did... but I think the drops should also match the level of the hunting areas too, don't you think so? If something is worth doing then it's worth doing well, my friends.
I don't wanna have to pressure you but LvL 85-95 areas should drop and spoil R85 items and matts and level 95-99 areas should drop R95 items and matts and LvL99+ areas = R99 items and matts.
Christmas is near and New Year is coming...Oh my...another year passing by...LOL So I will give you some time to enjoy the holidays but I expect you to make some real changes in the future.

You've met my Dorfie at Giran many times. Do you remember the Dorfie selling many +12 OE weapons? Yep, that is my merchant dwarf.
I tried to make a toon with the name "DreamSeeker" in game but someone else already took that ID so I couldn't; not that it matters to me since I play many multiple toons.
To be honest, there is an atmosphere of ridiculing Major Ncoin Spenders among the most players...they all seem to think that it is all Ncoin spenders fault that the game is getting ruined and dying. Well, I don't blame them and I agree with them to a certain extent.
Other than Spending money at Nstores I also buy the Excess amount of event items and sell them months later when the market price comes back. It takes a lot of patience and good foresight but so far it's been working great for me. Over the period of 3-4 months I get to cycle my Adena for profit and also I get to prevent the Fragile L2 market from Crashing.
e.g.
I bought R-gems for 700k-800k many months ago and sold them back for 1.2mil each(although I should've waited more...now people are buying at 1.4Mil...) Got Attribute crystals for 1 mil each during the monster event and now they are selling for 3-4 Mil each...I got 8 x Baium rings(normal) for 800-900M during the first abundance event and now people are buying them at 3 Bil(I sold them for 2.5Bil each earlier)
Currently I have 15 x valakas, 20 x Blessed zakens...etc. Tauties, Kelbims, +12 Bloody, +12 dark weapons...etc. Basically about 8 toons full of Boss Jewels, +12 weapons, +8 sets. I keep them with me until someone offers a good price. I buy stuff near the end of each event when the prices are the lowest and play the toons I have for 3-4 months while I wait and Voila! in most cases, I get to sell them almost at 2 x the original price! The other day someone was buying the Abundance LvL1 for 12B so I sold him one and later on the same day got the level 1 Abundance for 9B...
OE weapons that I sell are set at the highest price though...I am not really interested in selling them but I do this so that other people will have easier time selling their stuff and also I am keeping the price of OE weapons steady(at least I try to...)
I gamble my luck at Nstore + I buy and Sell(without me, the server would've crashed a long time ago...and I am serious...sadly) + I play many toons whenever I feel like....
So yeah...it will be rather pointless to name one particular toon. But since so many of you are wondering, I will give you the name of the toon who I believe that represents my L2 philosophy the most. Please don't send me hate mails though and No spam whispering either plz...

I am always in awe of your wisdom and thoughtfulness Brosh. The level of insight you display is sometimes staggering, too.
As to the ridiculing remark pointed at me, to be honest, I am a bit disappointed. If it's my ideas and thoughts that are under attack, I suppose it's O.K. by me, since everyone thinks in their own different ways and has their own different views of the world.
But some people are not really interested in my posts but just like to attack me personally. I guess they are not really interested in making an intellectual discussion about anything at all but just like to ridicule someone and be rude.
