You should get yourself +8 twilight or seraph heavy set. Heavy set bonus is awesome for iss enchanter, while light set +8 gives pathetic bonus skills.
Anyway, iss should always wear heavy armor (defense option - if you got crap weapon, attack - if you got something decent). Even if iss has passive skills for light and robe - there is no reason to wear them.

Yes, there some reasons why an Iss could or should use these sets, but only under specific conditions and/or scenarios.
But all in all, a +4 heavy seraph should be enough for any mid decent iss to do its job nicely.
U should wear light only if its +8 for cd reduction . A +4 hevy seraph set 120 ele is very good for a iss to use between 95-99 especially if its defence type.
at 95 i have a Full ele +120 R95 set...would it be worth to use that, or do i switch at 95 to light?
Depends on what you're gonna do if you're just gonna do PvE go light or whatever BUT if you plan to do PvP don't cause you will be squishy, On PvP iss shouldn't go light set unless that armor is +8 r99 dark/Bloody cause your P.Def will suffer
Ofc that seraph will give more P.Def the multiplier for Blessed parts that are OE are huge but problem with it is that you're gonna be stuck with that armor and there are no room for improvements if you decide to upgrade you gotta sell it, unlike fully committing to an r99 armor wherein if the time comes you can make it bloody or go YOLO and put Dark

There's a huge price (30bil) difference between my seraph set and the +10/11 eternal one, add in the cost of making the eternal set dark and that price difference becomes 30~40bil more pending prices on dark stones/r gems/elcyum etc. so all in all it's a very good cost effective set :)
Intested to swap my set dark heavy set +8 2 parts +9 on your r99 set...
Well im an iss heirophant on DE body..
the eternal set is not for sale for obvious reasons :D
btw for PVE I actually use a +6 MasterWork Vesper Noble Hvy set as that gives me a strong boost on both pdef & patt, more patt boost then a PVE Eternal Hvy set :P
