Like everyone else getting DCed from L2 with the message "3rd party software...Blah~Blah~Blah~" I had the same problem but finally figured out the cause of it and its solution.
It's the Game Guard working too well. It recognizes any other program other than itself and the current L2 Client, as the 3rd party program; and this includes the other L2 client running as well. Yep, if you run 2-3 clients at the same time, it recognizes other L2 clients as 3rd party programs! LOL!
So, what to do? Most of the NC staff who can actually do anything are on Christmast + New Years vacation and they won't be back until after the "New Year's Holidays!" OMG! Only the community GMs are available...
What do we do?
Simple.
Just follow my instructions below.
1. There shouldn't be any background programs running while you open L2 Clients. Norton Anti Virus constantly checks your computer so this has to be disabled...and you need to also STOP DownLoading Porns as you open the L2 Clients.
2. After the account verification, click on "File Repair" instead of "Play" button just in case it's file error.(You need to do this just once)
3. Check for your WiFi-Driver Update. A lot of people get DCed when the WIFI Driver is not up to date.
4. Open L2 clients one by one. At the moment, you are allowed to run 3 clients on 1 x computer. So..open all 3 but don't do anything with the character that you choose to log in. Even clicking the NPC to get the quest, or checking the prices of what other people are selling, or checking your mail will alert the GameGuard and it will recognize 2 of your L2 Clients as Foreign programs and will cause all 3 to shut down.
5. After you logged in all 3 accounts(or 2), Press "Ctrl + Enter" This will allow the L2 go from full screen mode to Window mode and now you will be able to see 4 x icons at the Bottom center of your screen.
3 x L2 clients and 1 x GG(Game Guard)
Simply.....
Move your mouse to GG...then Right Click....Move down to close GG then CLOSE IT! LOL
Once you log in, you don't need the game guard to play the game. It's there only for the log in process. So close it once you open all 3 accounts.
You will have no problem playing now.
Dear NC, I just prevented a major disaster caused by your lack of vigilance. Christmas in 12 days...New Years in 19 days...by the time you guys came back from your vacation and solved the problem, 3 weeks will have passed and You will have lost like 90% of L2 players.
I just came up with an emergency solution here and prevented the Disaster.

also i don`t have problems with mouse software, skype, chrome, 2 windows in other official provider which name i can`t write here, and 2 windows in ncwest
maybe disable your 3-rd party programs and then play l2 ;)

Well, thank you for the clarification. It's the game launcher that's causing the problem and needs to be closed once all the L2 accounts are logged in. Thanks for pointing that out.
You are lucky in that you didn't get to experience the pain and agony that many of us went through. I don't know why it happened to me... The game was working fine until yesterday and all of a sudden, today I had the exact problem that many people described here on the forum.
But believe me or not, my solution here will work for the people with the DC issue since the last Wednesday update.
I have skype, fraps, OBS, utorrent, antivirus, battleping, steam, 2x different programs for macros (keyboard, mouse) and 3 clients started.
No disconnect since the update, guess im lucky? :D
your solution is totally wrong, im getting error even with one client running.
i tho same, work for a friend too but nop, problem is too random that still appears, actually my support ticket start like this, gameguard and the new launcher problem.
indeed i was closing each time the launcher little settings windows seems to work, but yet gg is detecting gg itself
OK. I just managed to open all 3 x accounts again and here are some important details you need to do in sequence.
1. After you open the first account you can hit the "window" key to exit the full screen but instead use "Ctrl + Enter" then minimize the windowed L2 client using mouse.
2. open all 3 accounts at a time but don't click anything with your characters. NO NC or NPC or even accept the quest rewards etc.
3. after opening the last and 3rd account, hit "Ctrl + enter"
then click the icon for the 2nd account on the bottom of your screen
"ctrl + enter" again to make the 2nd client window mode
4. make all 3 L2 clients window mode but don't try anything else!
Not even adjusting each windowed Client to centralize the position
5. after all 3 are in window mode then close the "game launcher"
Now you should be able to do whatever you want!
(I managed to open all 3 accounts after 3 times of failed attempts myself, and this was the sequence I used for the last successful attempt. I just hope the same sequence works for you all.)
In fact, I had some problems with launcher.exe not working as intended at the first when I came back and tried gaming, but after a few workrounds I got it fixed, and actually I'm chatting on skype, wmp.exe in background, n layers on chrome opened at same time while watching videos on youtube and sh*t while having 2 or 3 acc logged at same time (with no warnings from GG, no dc and sh*t like that), so maybe you could do what @mixa just told you before and go clean your d*mn f** PC from all the 3rd program sh*t you were addicted to, instead of coming here and publishing such useless walls of text.

Anyway, this solution WILL work, but only if your speakers are set to EXACTLY 71% volume and you only do mouse clicks with the middle finger of your left hand. It MAY help to sing the national anthem of your country backwords, I'm still testing this...

My intention was noble. I thought I'd found the solution to the problem and just wanted to share it with everyone, which is the reason I made the separate post. Sorry, it didn't work out for everyone; I hope it helped some of you at least. Yes I think it would've been better if I added my finding in the original poster's thread.
Before I started posting on the forum 1 year ago, I monitored the forum for like 1 month and noticed how dead the forum was. 1 new post like in 1 week? Since I was spending so much at Nstore and how frustrated I was with the winning chances, I just thought I share my outcome with everyone and also share their experience. . I am not crazy but just a guy with a wicked sense of humor. I guess it's not so easy to get my jokes over my writings. I am sorry for the sad lost of bot masters with your bot accounts but it had to be done.
Thanks for the suggestion but still didnt work in my desktop PC, Ive tried everything, thinkt he only thing left for me is to format the hard drive and do a fresh windows install with L2 and ventrilo ONLY.

My solution is to find another source of entertainment. Too bad, I wanted to use some of my Christmas bonus in the L2Store, but not now. Won't pay if I can't play. (Say that 10 times in your best Johnny Cochran voice.)
