On January 13th, 2016 the Hero Coin Program will be reset to start off another exciting year of earning fantastic rewards. If you still have some remaning, please be sure to spend them before the maintenance period on January 13th, 2016 and note that any Hero Coins earned from now until January 13th will still expire along with the current year's coins.

I agree with everyone else: please consider offering some type of premium exchange for 1 Hero Coin. Option B would be to reduce the unit price of every Rewards item to just 1 Hero coin... albeit with each account only having one opportunity to purchase an item in a 48 hour window.

It's because the Hero coins are not something you purchase. They are a bonus gifted to you by the great lords at Ncsoft. Therefore, they are not like your NCcoin which do not delete.
Otherwise people would just keep saving and saving and get all cool things when they update the rewards.

Because of my job and and personal situation i Cannot check forums and often takes 1-2 months brakes.
I think this is real bad by NCsoft to do this. I Have for long time spared to get one Heavently Weapon Enchant R scroll.
