Arcane Power or Wizard Spirit at lv 99

I have been searching this section of the forum about what to keep at lv 99. I am almost lv 99 and still use Arcane power. I am mostly a PVE player and the conclusion that i saw is that you keep using AP when you pve and use WS lv 2 if you do pvp and oly.

Is that still the case? What do you people use when you hit lv99?

Unless you care alot about olympiad then Wizard Spirit, for any other purposes would keep Arcane Power.
