I am aware that I will be able to make my dual to my main, but the big questiuon is, can i then, after making that change, will be able to change my dual class (old main class)?
For example, my main now is 100 and I would consider rerolling it to a healer in the upcomming event.
And my dual is a 95 tyrr. The question is here, can I make my tyrr the main and then change my tank to a class that I want to ?

Dual to main was and will be a paid service, introduced again. Like it was in the past. It was 30$ back then.
New event will allow only to change you class inside the one, for example
you will be able to change iss swordmuse into iss bladedancer. For free. instead of buying 30$ ticket from l2store. That's all.

The event Juji announced will allow a player to completely change their dual class to any other class. E.g., from Feoh to Tyrr, or Archer to Healer.
Chaos Essences (Dual Class) still exist in game, so it wouldn't make sense for NCSOFT to just offer up that item for free. Would be a silly event to offer to players.
Juji stated that "We have an event in January that will allow you to change your dual class without resetting the level."
Currently you have to pay the Subclass/Dual Class manager a fee to reset your Dual Class, and it gets reset to level 85. The event that will be offered will allow you to change your Dual Class "without resetting level" and will be free.

Yeah I agree it does seem vague, but it wouldn't make sense for them to offer a free chaos essence (dual class) to people. If they were to do that they would have announced an event to change both Main and Dual (within itself) for free.
Okay, fair enough :) and thank you both for clearing things out for me ^^
But does anyone know when the paid system will be implemented? the dual to main class change ? Will it be the same time as the event of free dual class change?
