I see "Weapon exchange" R, R95, Kelbim and Tauti at NPC Artizan Black.
In Korea the temporary Elysium weapons cost only an EWR (http://lineage2.power.plaync.com/wiki/%EB%AC%B4%EA%B8%B0+%EA%B0%95%ED%99%94+%EC%A3%BC%EB %AC%B8%EC%84%9C-R%EA%B7%B8%EB%A0%88%EC%9D%B4%EB%93%9C), while the weapon exchange of for example a Kelbim Dagger to a Kelbim Bow required a certain number (depending on weapon grade) of R-Grade Gemstones plus a Red Certificate, which might require real money over here :D
667 R Gems is not what I would call "free" though..
What a joke, it is 1b adena in current prices, or 15-20$

Of course NC could hypocritically call this free, since you can do change without l2store, but...
Why all this dual class change? Obviously people have more options already with their dual class, some of us reroll duals like we change our underwear....there should be a main class/keep your lvl change instead! If not that, then the ability to change your dual to main, then change the dual class. I happen to love my dual class, but wouldn't mind changing my main.
Just go by the pictures and the arabic numbers. The icons are mostly the same as ours and the 개 you often find behind the numbers is a counting word, roghly translateable as "piece".
젬스톤 - R그레*드 667개 means literally "667 representatives of the category R-Grade Gemstone" :p

Looks cool though, free temporary weapons to use with our newly changed dual classes. Hopefully this will be FREE like juji said it would be.

"We have an event in January that will allow you to change your dual class without resetting the level. We want to stress that this event is time-limited and a dual to main class change will be a permanent feature once we officially make it available."

It will not be possible to change your dual class to an Ertheia class with the event in January, which is free.
I want to apologize and clarify what I intended to say when I said this event would be free. We used to sell the Main Class Re-Awakening account service before the Lindvior update for 4000 NCoin ($50). When I said that the dual class change service would be free, I meant that no one would have to spend NCoin to change their dual class. I should have specified that there would be an in-game fee to use this service when I wrote that answer back in December. Again, I sincerely apologize for this miscommunication.
Regarding the quest tracker issue, the dev team plans to fix the tracking issue when we run the event next time. I know this is an extremely frustrating issue to keep track of the monster kills and have to wait for the sound to verify the kill.
I have tested all of the monsters in the hunting zones for these quests. Please find the list of monsters to kill below:

Not gonna lie, you said it would be free. This implies no cost of any sort. The cost in time to farm 667 rgems is ridiculous. Why did you choose such a high number? (I know this was a straight ported event from korea, but you really should have changed some things)
Also I hope you are reading the MASSIVE number of complaints from feohs that are quite upset at this event, since people can change any fighter weapon (66% oe rate) to mage weapons (40% oe rate) including the fact that HEWR couldnt be use on mage weapons past 7, where fighter weapons could use up to +12. I hope you have some means of fixing this colossal f.up.
