And so lots of people(incl. me) just can not take this opportunity and change dual, because it is absolutely impossible for many of us to gather 1b in 2 weeks.

grab a drop rate rune and go farm garden of genesis.
500m profit in one week if you grind 3h per day.
(actually 800m, but i substracted 300m for drop rate rune).
Anyone can make it happen if they really wanted to.

I myself don't spend a lot of dollars in credit card to spend on this game, but those people who spend thousands of dollars shouldn't be put into discrimination since they can and they want to spend dollars into a game without those people this free to play system wouldn't work you think ncsoft will continue supporting this game if its not garnering any profits? NO big NO, so s*ck it up and stop being a cry baby, if you wanna get gear without spending anything go farm like crazy in game if you don't want to go spend like crazy in game if you don't wanna do both? and then suck it up no one would hand anything to you free in this game on a silver platter.

Seriously? Don't you have friends at all? Or like the others said you just like to complain? As far as it goes I could say that spending adena for dual change it's a lot better then spending real money. Although I am okay with my noob dual so it does not affect me at all in that sector :p.

The bots generally stick to the lower levels of GOG.
If you kill the mobs on top levels (jump or run up the "stairs") you should be free from most of the bots, havent seen bots on those areas for a long time .
Gotta love it when people tell others how to play with things like "Why not jsut stop doing what you enjoy, re-roll a lowbie alt and spend 3 hours a day fighting off bots and making to xp to make a measly 2b a month".
Sad fact is there used to be plenty of ways to make adena and a reasonably stable economy to play. Now NCSoft has destroyed the whole lot by nerfing anything to play for ingame and running market destroying events. On top of this aggressively trying to reduce the amount of adena in the economy without caring about the players.
I do agree with Julie. Personally I spent a lot of adena just before the event on random things I probably don't need, I also took my time selling my retributer etc. If I'd of known I could've prepared.
Nobody do anything anymore but instances.
PVP is dead.. only on Parnassus and Sieges.
Less instantces, more drops please. Better xp on free open fields.
Less Raid like mobs like Atelia were u need full Bloody to make even xp/sp with the effort.
Dude you should understand by now that this game is solely on business thats why they make it free to play to generate more income if ncsoft didnt do that will you still be playing i dont care if you tell im old player.. so what.. me too but instead be an example of these **** whiners i help them ingame on how to and seriously i helped more than 20 now no bots no illicit activity just plain gaming. Economy is bad now so suck it up and move on and try to adapt.. people who play l2 way back should understand also that this game changes and if you cant adapt to changes better look for another job..

Regarding pvp? Nobody pvp because theyre cowards to lose.. cowards who make server 1 side.. if pvp is in parnasus make conflict betray clan make war and thats it war.. ks their rb.. disrupt their leveling..

How hard it is to please the players in L2.
First, consider that this is the first event of the year (and possibly the last event of the year that will not require players to purchase and spending Ncoins)
I can't imagine how I am so happy and grateful for not having to spend my money this month with Ncoins.
And last, why ffs to modify the fee (in the case of R-grade gemstones to re-roll dualclass) since the event itself was a mere copy/paste of what has already occurred in NCKorea months ago. What the hell make it easy for everyone?

To make my Dual Class my main class! Why the hell would I start a new account when they are both 100 just so I can be Healer main class????? They are offering this service it's just not been confirmed when it is will be realised.

As far as I know, no such thing was announced. The only event announced was to be able to change your dualclass while keeping its level, and that is the current event

Is there still no Main to Dual swap available, was announced sometime January.
The Dual to Main Class Change service is currently being reviewed by our legal team. It will take some time to add it to our website, but we ask our players to continue to be patient. We have an event in January that will allow you to change your dual class without resetting the level. We want to stress that this event is time-limited and a dual to main class change will be a permanent feature once we officially make it available.
Juji's response to a question about the dual to main swap service in the Dev section:

So yes, paid service coming soon. I wouldn't expect it for a while though.
