The jewels from the Shadai's Shiny Box were awarding un-compoundable jewels. The maintenance will fix the boxes in the store to award fully functional and compoundable jewels.

why can't you just delete the old ones if people elect, and give next 10,20,30, etc of the new boxes?

why can't NCWest fix also those boxes/jewels that have been bought already ? and how hard can it be to re apply the XP boost on the instances that got nerfed by "accident" here ?

In short, who opened the boxes splintered and will have to wait another week to "maybe" be solved? Ta becoming increasingly difficult and discouraging play on this server! As if that was not enough the absurd amount of bots spread freely by the server, now has this bug and we have to get to the goodwill of you.
Didn't see any1 to say that there is a missing tab on Daily Event System, also info is broken there ... maybe from there is mistaken exp rate :D

Let me understand this, you restart the servers to fix only the item in the shop, the loosers that already spent their money on boxes will have to wait one more week for you to get the **** right.

yhp same as here marph scroll its not the problem the problem its the rune's its opened and nothing about kartia/baylor etc ...
The runes and the maphs aren't really the problem nor the "reason" why we bought them. Because despite Kartia/Baylor's bugged xp, the runes and scrolls are still doing their job. A tersi or angel cat wouldn't be the answer to this either in my opinion. The only way they could fairly "compensate" the Kartia/Baylor situation, would be to add back the missing %, and add an additional % equal to what has been missing, and maintain that for the amount of time it's been missing. That would be the fairest payback for the missing Kartia/Baylor xp imho. Anything as broad as a tersi or angel cat would be giving everyone a compensation, not just the Kartia/Baylor die-hards that actually care. Again, runes and scrolls aren't the issue. If anyone buys them just for Kartia/Baylor you have other problems.
That's just obscene and shame on anyone spending the money on it. Virtually un noticeable difference for the money to add 1 more jewel slot in my opinion.

Event time we have now two weeks for nice vitalitty we all use winds scrolls, freya scrolls they cost adena, and we getting same amount xp as before. All instances we going for some xp fun and enjoy, for example for exalted pt 3 we need dual lvl 100, how we can xp on event if event makes same xp as usual even minus, for sure be more open for ppl.

Buster, it's great that you're replying to this thread, but why are you ignoring all of the requests about the xp loss being returned? I am on full runes and have made absolute crap for progress this week, even using my freyas, etc. as I didn't see the post online about it being bugged...

I am not known for defending NCsoft, but as a way of explanation, the main issue here is that at the moment everybody in Korea is on Spring Festival (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinese_New_Year) vacation (http://lineage2.power.plaync.com/wiki/%EC%89%90%ED%94%84+%EB%AA%BD%ED%82%A4%EC%9D%98+%EB %B0%94%EB%82%98%EB%82%98%EB%A5%BC+%EB%B6%80%ED%83% 81%ED%95%B4) and all bugs must be fixed by the one or two Christians left at the office. As of Monday people should be slowly returning to work and, depending on the severity of the problem, there should be a fix for the instance exp bug at the next regular maintenance on Wednesday, or maybe one or two weeks later.
Maybe it will help if you imagine that it's Christmas. The nationwide chaos is the same :)
Let me guess, the answer is "it's working as intended" and the intent is to force players to buy more Vitality/XP-boosting items.
So, the current "investigation" is probably all about finding the proper way to relay the bad news to the community. ;)
Why would you buy boosting items when they get also nerf by the bug? I don't follow your logic
Right now ppl are getting less for the items they paid, so some form of compensation should be given.
There is also the issue that I want a toon to hit 90 so I can buy the 2-slot Brooch for it whilst it's available, but I'm running against the clock and the bug isn't helping :P

ie those who failed and are not in my inventory, what were they? which they need fixing and what not, if a normally open see boxes I started to compuond, and I do not remember how many buy boxes of each, but I do remember that I no longer have Adena.
I spend all my adena I sold things to buy boxes, now only will disappear.

Just opened 20 unopened Shiny Boxes, and tried to compound Tanzanite, didn't work, so until Wednesday, these won't work either... or just the ones you buy from now on will work?

And about exp lowered? you put again exp like was 1 week ago or you have lowered it for ever? or is just an issue?
I haven't tested it myself but now people are shouting that the XP in K95 group has been decreased even further. Was 120b xp in duo, then 71b and now 45b...

I understand that you have a full authority here, but don't you think that it would be nice idea to respect some basic customer rights?

So after buying x100 pack, the shinny boxes are able to be combined with jewels from the other shinny boxes, but I can't combine with the same type that come from the normal boxes.
