- Weapons: Tallum Blade, Halberd, Bloody Orchid, Damaskus*Damaskus, Keshanberk*Keshanberk, and other A-grade (shyeed's bow, Themis' Tongue, etc included)
- Armor: Nightmare, Majestic, Apella
3. Desert Quarry location has changed for solo-hunt.
- Old mobs has changed to new.
- When mob died - you got some MP recharge.
4. Beleth Magic circle has changed too.
- Archer-mob doesn't summon minions anymore
- Another mob doesn't summon minions anymore.
- Yet another mob doesn't use target-cancel skill.
- Amos mobs has removed.
5. Mobs in Athelia Fortress goes weaker.
6. Mobs in Ashen (gludio instance) goes weaker.
7. Now fishing is able in Aden town.
New items for fish:
- Some Appearance stones (weapons)
- Some Transformation scrolls (anakim is able too)
- Some Agathions (as I know, now you can trade fish for agathion)
8. Some small bugs fixed (like a sorting in Macroses' window)

Often people get the information through Rochand and straight post it, so it's my usual assumption. :P
That's taken from russian site L2central (https://l2central.info) (it used to have an english section too).
I think they are getting their info and all the fresh news directly from korean sources, so, if you use google translator you may notice that some names differ from those in NA version due to localization issues.

Yes, we all can use Google Translator and understand Draecke's link. And above all, we are all familiar with the Chinese date notation and therefore know that the skill changes you posted in that other thread went live in Korea on December 9 (http://lineage2.plaync.com/board/update/view?articleId=612042) and will therefore most probably not be part of the our next update.
Please do everybody a favor and post links to where you got your information from. Then people can check your translations and make up their own mind - apart from the fact that the NCKorea Powerbook Wikipedia is often wrong and it takes lateral thinking and a lot of discussion between experienced players to figure out what is really meant. Of course, my post was more directed to the post (indirectly) saying that this info was coming from rochand, and also the post which claimed "Its better to read it directly from korean patchnotes"

Not many people know about the korean patchnote, and most people do not bother translating etc.
Nor do they actively browse rochand to find information, so posting this info, no matter how small and insiginifact it may be, is infact helping alot of people.

That's a misunderstanding. I was not bashing on Bumbaclot for posting translations. I am a translator (for Chinese) in real life and you certainly won't find me discouraging people from trying to understand different languages and cultures :)
Nevertheless, posting such information without a link to the original source, and above all the publication date of the original source, is counterproductive. People make their class choice or in-game purchasing decisions based on the information coming from Korea, and if you keep them for example in the dark about the date of those skill changes (Archer nerf etc.) you are raising expectations that will most probably be disappointed, not to mention people investing in a Tyrr weapon that might only become useful in summer. That's why I am going on in my post about the date of that Mystic Soul Crystal screenshot. This is something we do not have in our version and it is unclear when or whether ever the Sigel SA will be changed in this way:

Also Znipoo the main reason I keep posting the Korean sources and think everyone making these kind of posts should always add the information source as the below quote holds true for everyone imo :)
