As many of you are already aware, the Kartia and Baylor instances have been awarding less than the expected amount of XP since the maintenance on February 10, 2016.
While we’re working towards a fix, we will be adding three buffs to all servers: Dragon Buff, Angel Cat Buff, and Buff Servant NPC. These buffs will remain in game until the issues with the XP rates have been resolved, which is currently planned for the maintenance on February 17, 2016.

If the real fix is going to take a whole week, I would really appreciate it if you doubled the exp for a whole week before restoring it to the normal boosted rate.
The reason for this is that runes, freya, maphyrs, and dragon buff all work off the base exp. Dragon buff would only make up for the exp bug if a person were not using any other boosts. The 7-day 100% 1-99 rune I opened on Monday is trash now, since it's +100% of trash exp.
If you double the base exp for a week, it will properly compensate us for the halfed exp we'll have for a week.

I forget that some people aren't good at math so let me show you how 1. Tersi doesn't "fix" the bug, and 2. How you're getting hosed stacking boosts on this bugged exp.
Let's say the original base exp (before any boosts) is 20b, and now the EXP is halved to 10b. (These are not the actual numbers, just an example.)
Dragon buff is +100% of base EXP. Which makes the bugged exp 20b, same as the original EXP. But if you use a Freya's, also +100%, it gives only 10b (100% of bugged) EXP, where it used to give 20b (+100% of original exp).
Make possible the players to be able to use up to 5 passes per day for kamaloka/baylor/cc/kartia until the next maintenance. This way you will earn more money by selling more passes, we will earn more xp, cause Dragon buff will be available also.
So i was in k95 duo with heal, went out to swtich at the end and get tersi and npc bufs again, and there npc were gone. Had to finish k95 without tersi, so low xp again. please stop making this things without notice.
That's correct, the Buff Servant was switched in and will be on all servers until next maintenance.

(and below 90 characters already get free NPC buffs)90+ Healers are the only ones that benefit from just Harmonies... ISS can buff themselves (even Harmonies :) ) everyone else needs to find a Healer or an ISS to give Saha Buffs or Melodies(with ISS they won't even need the NPC Harmony)
Oh yeah if you've got Elixir of Blessing, Heavenly Cocktail, Fresh Milk or such Basic buff items the Harmony would be useful too.

Also, please be aware that there may be some down times with the buff NPC's when they are respawyou removed the npc that gave full buff and spawned one that gives only harmony? hmm :P
GM Helper Bora gives 1 hour MASTER buffs. You pick which you want: knight's, warrior's or wizard's and "includes" the harmony buff.
That NPC only lasted an hour on some servers. Now they have Buff Servant who gives just 1 hr harmony.
All buffs and NPCs are working as they should be. If you see something that isn't please let me know what server and what, exactly, the issue is.
Everyone is talking about Bora, gave full GM Buffs... now Buff Servant only gives 1 buff, your choice of Harmony. Buff Servant is for when an Active GM is Mass Buffing: Melodies, Resistances, Sonatas and Noblesse. Bora gives the same buffs without a GM present.

I notice that the numbers fo exp gained raise with all the Dragon buff and that stuff, but... the % that gain when i finish K90 is very low compared to what i gain before the last manteinance; and i mean using VP, Maphr, Dragon Buff and Cat Blessing... the amount of experience that takes to raise from one lvl to another has raised, check that pls, i think we are missing that point.
The question is... for what... can't you let Bora buffer on, what is the problem with npc, that is for compesation, for what because we mistreat so?, If you are going to do something, think well and then do it in the server. Noone need Npc that give Harmony only. Please give us the reason for this change. First, put a pacth with change of xp in instance and now, change your own set, without explanation.

What will NCSoft do about these days exp has been bugged? I'm not the first who asks this, and BusterCasey doesnt seem to asnwer these questions. I think it is a big lack of respect picking and asnwering only convenient messages. Be decent and asnwer this one. A solution for the jewels problem came fast and even made an emergency maintaince, because you want people's money, you want them to go buy stuff in the store. The problem about exp can wait, people dont spend money on that. We can wait until next maintaince, IF THAT WORKS. In my opinion, you should restore every single item that has been used in these instances where exp was bugged. Does it sound crazy? To me, crazy is disrespecting hundreds (maybe thousands) of players like that. You made a mistake, sadly you do a lot of work to fix it. But my question is: what will happen with the money (that you care so much about) I spent to buy cakes, scrolls and runes without result?

Too much issues and no one good solution.
1 the Event Brooch and boxes was expensive.
2 Some Jewels Box was Bugged in compound.
3 K95 exp after Maintenance.
4 Baylor Bugged too.
And they in all this problems just fix what they care. L2Store Jewels BOX.
Compensation about exp?
Tersi + Cat? Are you kidding? this is a compesantion? take more exp in kartia and baylor than exping in atelia for 1h no-vitality.
This is a crap compensation... No mention that those Ultra Compensation sometimes bugged and just dont appears.. Thanks NCOSFT..

Shouting for tersi is not going to make it spawn any faster.. they are more than likely doing it manually, meaning some timer let them know when to do it.. of course human error will delay it sometimes.
the worst is not that, but that increases the amount of SP, xp even with the buff and everything else not even come period of xp as before, outside the absurd values of event items.
this administration is leaving something to be desired, I want to see what they will do to clarify and give something to the players who have been harmed, why even with tersi not even come close to xp and sp before.

so only way to hit 103 or better u need to use moms credit card and bot 24 7

1, 100% exp boost for month with tersi on
2,at least 50% off on brooch and jewels ,and also ultimate pack,destiny rune and vit main pots,rose items
3,do some new event that doesn't have to buy nccoin but will make everyone happy

tersi npc gone for more than 3 hours now in all server and nobody can check live server
