All players were waiting for the compounding chests bug to be fixed, since many people spent 12k NCoins+/Shot for buying 100 Boxes Packs, and many players also sold many of their main items to get LVL3/4 Tanzanite, Garnet etc...
Instead of fixing bug, after this event players like me who were collecting like 20 garnet+ etc 'cause couldn't compound, lost everything...
This is not acceptable. LF Any info if this will be fixed and if proper jewels will return to their owners. Some people lost like 20 Amethyst + and price for 1 is like 400kk...
$600 on this event and then have to wait a week to use my gems. Then you delete them? NCsoft we cant defend the stupidity any longer. This is getting sad and pathetic. I for one would take a refund and stop playing this game.
We've identified the issue with the new boxes. In short, the item ID's of the new boxes awarded jewels that were compoundable with each other, but were incompatible with the other boxes (as many of you have already pointed out).
Right now, we're getting in contact with the devs in Korea to work on a fix for this issue. Although I don't have an ETA for when it will be ready, everyone here is making it a top priority. As we go, Juji and I will both be here on the forums answering questions and providing updates.
For those that lost XP runes and other items due to the unexpected second down time this morning, we know that losing those things isn't fun (or sometimes cheap) and we're looking in to this as well.
Thanks again for your patience everyone while we work through this issue. I know that multiple downtimes and fixes that don't work make for a frustrating experience, and that goes for us here as well.
