As many players who purchased the Ultimate Shadai's Jewelry Box were unable to compound their jewels, it became clear that not only was the issue adversely affecting players but also that it would require a significant repair.
Though previous attempts failed at correcting the issue, we were able to put in a fix with an unscheduled server maintenance on February 19, 2016 but in doing so caused players to miss game time during the times it was unavailable.
We are appreciative of the patience and understanding shown by our community and in order to demonstrate our dedication to providing an enjoyable and dependable atmosphere we are happy to offer a 50% XP/SP bonus for two weeks, starting on February 24, 2016.
Along with this, we'll also be awarding 10 Shadai's Shiny Jewelry Boxes to any player who purchased a bugged version of the Ultimate Shadai's Jewelry Box between February 10, 2016 and before the maintenance on February 19, 2016. These free boxes will be delivered to the affected players on March 2, 2016.

i purchased bugged boxes buying them 1 by 1 for 160 nc coins. No compensation for me ? because i didn't had thousands of nc coins to buy big packs...
I think you missunderstood something. The Problem occures with the shiny shadai boxes and you could get them only with the ultimate pack (10 boxes). With your 160 ncoins you bought normal boxes which didnt had the Problem if you didnt bought a shiny box or a bugged jewel box from a player with adena.
Bugged jewels could not be compounded, you couldn't even try. If you success to try compounding and fail, that was just your luck, not a bug
The first week which begant the event there is no announce for the Bug We did not know nothing, so I bought five times the first two days (Wednesday and Thursday) jewelries ,and trying them to compound and broke all, I think that is not bad luck.

the wrong jewels weren't compoundable at all.
The ones you broke were probably just instilled with Omen's usual bad luck.

Nice to hear it Buster, your trying to make things better after some big mistakes! Why are some of you players QQ about it? You know when compounding you could lose your boxes. I lost billions, that's the event. If you don't like it, go play a fps, it doesn't required items, only skills and then you can QQ about cheat/wallhack.

Probably you do not understand me properly. When I bought the boxes and ι did the compound did not know that there is a bug . There is no announcement about that, it was the two firsτ days which began the event.And finaly I don't have so much adenas to spend for nothing, like you. Anyway I'm waiting an answer from GM. You're the one not understanding. Keoz already explained it to you, and I did too.
The bug was NOT that the Jewels fail more/less or anything, the bug was that you COULD NOT COMPOUND them at all because there were different IDs attached. For examplre you had 2 stacks of Tanzanite in inventory that counted as different items.
And before you repeat the same sentence the 4th time, try to read and understand what ppl tell you. You don't need a GM.
ok and in the mean time the latest Korean developments is what everyone has been waiting for.. they created an event that allows you to reseal stage 3/4 jewels into lvl3/4 jewel chests and make those tradeable!!
ah and let's not forget the event only Elcyum T-shirt with +10 shirt stats dang!
or the fact they fixed the exchange Dark/Bloody weapons
now the bad / sad news.. it will take ~8 Months before NCWest will get the event ^^"

IF Yes:
Than a possible Felony could have Taken place. it could be argued it was done intentionally to reduce the odds and sell more boxes after a "fake FIX" 2 weeks later.
IF No :
and it was a mistake, than the lack of testing and Knowledge of a product that cost your customers so much money would be grossly so disrespectful. to Offer 10 more "Casino Nc Chips" in the form of Shady Shiny Boxes per $150.00 spent ...IT is an insult...and Ignores the fact that
THE AMOUNT OF USABLE BOXES ON-HAND AT THE TIME THEY ARE USED , DETERMINES THE OUTCOME OF THE LEVEL/STAGE OF THE JEWEL ONE GETS .

the odds of getting a level 3 , 4 , 5 Vitality jewel is better today .. than it was when they were introduced. . both the la vie and the shadie boxes offer stage 1's .. so.. if i bought the product today ...I would be able to try to "Compound" and possibly fail 5 times with lets say with a Pearl...than have usable Vitality jewels to try to have a better shot at Success!.. this opportunity was never given to anyone on 02/10/2016.

Your second assumption is true - there was no testing whatsoever, neither in Korea nor at NCWest. When you take a look at the screenshot above your post, you can see that anybody should have noticed the bugged character picture in the Inventory, even if they did not go out to the Altar of Evil to try out Blue's quest and find the excessive adena drops. And this was after the Spring Festival, when they were all at the office again. The Brooch event was run during the Spring Festival, with staff attendance being about as high as around Christmas in the West.

We got an issue, i got 1 shiny in wh, not 10 shiny :)
So today I log in the game, went to WH and I only see 2 Shiny Shadais jewlery box, I bought 2 packs, so I´d should have 20 boxes, somehow the rewards are only 1/10 of what they should be.

It is indeed 10 boxes per back purchased. There was an issue during the maintenance with giving out the boxes, but they are being delivered to everyone who's missing them right now.
We are manually fixing the issue right now without a maintenance. It may take a few hours to receive the extra boxes.

Like myself that bought 12k ncoin from people and they gifted me the 100/10 jewelry boxes. Shouldn't I get those 10 shiny's as I "paid" for them, not the person that had the ncoin or are you guys only giving 10 shinies to people that actually paid cash for the boxes and didn't gift?

The Gift Buyer receives the boxes, not the receiver. Most of the boxes have now been inserted.

Why is that if someone paid adena for the ncoin? So technically speaking the person doing the gifting didn't buy the ncoin for the jewelry boxes, so why should they get the boxes?

i only received 1 box per pack i purchased. the amount hasn't been updated on my account yet. i removed from WH and re-input just in case there as some bug on the quantity....still don't have the full amount
