does the weapon any effect on the heal Ammount Effect?

i mean if you have a C grade weapon have the same heal ammount than a R99 weapon?

m.attack does increase your healing power, around 30 m.attack per 1 HP.
so 30k m.attack would mean 1k extra heal

does not apply to balance life and progressive heal.
