100% not, but for example in korean patch note, nerf and boost on yul and feohs is in part 3... and now we will have part 1 and juji said there will be yul nerfs so... or... we will have another patch note or juji was not sure 100% about yul changes, and we will get it in one year, in part 3 of helios update
