tersi was up after last weeks maintenance if you missed it, its probably because you werent one of the ones waiting for for the maint to finish and server to start and log in when it came up.
fix the cube so that it will hand out proper rewards (even if some might be made untradable ie dark/bloody stones ) and people might come back to pay for it.
you should also fix the other cube. the fix is super easy for the other cube : remove spirit stones.

You guys (dev team) seriously need vacation. You do one job, never right job. Always you mess up something. Now this mistake will resault in another ultrafast (2-3 hours) maintenance, we will QQ, you juji will start offering stuff for our satisfaction. I launch the game and can't click anything with my mouse in the game.
I can go to pin page with enter key on keyboard but can't click the pin numbers!
I haven't installed anything since yesterday in my pc and the only update was the game itself.

The real customers were the people who bought NC Coins. The others just had to wait for a couple of days in order to use those items.
Just because those people didnt purchased the ncoins , didnt mean they werent ***ed over by the bugged boxes. So they should be rewarded as well. Those "real customers" you are talking about just purchased the ncoins and sold them for adena.
So why should a person who only gifted the Ultimate Jewerly box for adena be reward.

i spent 160 ncoin per box since i dont have the funds to buy the 100 pack ended up with some bugged boxes but i guess they dont give a stuff about anyone unless the buy the top items wih the most ncoin

I don't understand why some ppl think they got any bugged boxes when they bought them with 160 coins? ONLY the SHINY boxes were bugged and you could only get them with the Ultimate Box which you could not afford. So be happy about the nevit + angel cat and have fun in the game.

Will you be addressing or even acknowledging the issue with the prestige pack? Many are unable to buy, many have posted, many of posts have been ignored. The only replies we see here are about the shiny boxes.
