Red libra was awesome event and people who missed it cause of some reason must be able to participate.
Also a lot of people will return for Helios update and for server merge and they also can participate.
And finally people who think took wrong decision in change dual class need a second chance :D
Permanent service would be awesome, like to buy item from l2store also to be possible gift option, so other players can buy it from those who have ncoins and take this item to some npc and you change the dual class.
you guys actually want the improved Red Libra event as it's just been run on Korea.. way better then what we had as it included exchange pvp/pve weapons etc as well let you "reseal" stage 4 brooch jewels and trade them :)
very good idea , i hope after update helios and dual/main class service change will be up to can change new duals also exchange on bloody/dark weapons will be very nice:)
