Daylight Savings - Event Time Change

Daylight Savings Time is set to begin at 2:00 AM Pacific Time (http://www.timeanddate.com/time/change/usa) on Sunday, March 13th, 2016. After this time change, all PVP activity times like sieges, Olympiad, Ceremony of Chaos, and Dimensional Raid, will start one hour later (server time).

No downtime is required for this change and you can use this table (http://www.worldtimebuddy.com/?qm=1&lid=5128581,5368361,4684888,0&h=5128581&date=2016-3-13&sln=1-8) to find out exactly when the time will be changing.

So does this affect everyone even if not in daylight savings etc?

Actually, some people still freak out because they think server time also changes, so it's good to get these kind of threads.

Server time NEVER changes, just US changes their time to +1, EU will on the 27th.

Thats why this post is not very helpful, not enough information causes too much confusion.

Not all countries use the "DST system".
So for them, the "Pvp activities will be 1h later than it is now" is not true & misleading.
(And yes, I know this is an American company but still, they have a brazillian translation of the website so dont give me BS..)

That why I say the this thread not need to be up, make more confusion instead is. Is simple, just say the server sty same time and if your country change time that is for you, server have same setup.
