Let me to I ask you:
Do you ever know how internet forum platform work?
Do you ever know what is open public forum?
Be free to log of and in google just write Lineage2, 1th what you will see is official page in 4 link under, one is forum.
Other stuffs for someone as you who seams not know noting for internet forums in vBulletin there exists admin control panel there, admins may set how much time and in what conditions forum may save users online with cookies.
Usual all world forums have time set from 1 to 24h, usual all world internet forums have cookies to save you online for next opening of web browser.
This L2 forum save you as online 24h, log off you automatic if you close browser/change IP adres BUT still give you in list as active online member next 24h form last forum click.
Down there you may separate all online members from guest and from web spiders. You may look what is last activity of anyone of them and what is last activity time. You may see the there is no log old more from 24h.
In short what is forum guest. That is someone who search something in "google", look the that what he need is write in some of forum threads and he click to link to open specific thread to read, forum is public so any contend is not close for any unregistered internet user. We as reg users may save our privacy (http://boards.lineage2.com/profile.php?do=privacy) from web browsing but forum is open.
