Birthday Buff

This is Ncsoft joke i think last march 21 was my birthday and i did not received my potion by mail.
I report this and this is the answer

Hello,

Thank you for contacting Lineage II Support.

The Birthday Buff is designed to only be claimed during the character's creation date. Once the mail containing the item expires, it is not able to be restored.

I had to received mail on 21 of march and now is 24 im active player and i was awaitin for main dont know really

Those GMs have never played lineage 2, they do not know such things like "mail expires after 14 days"...
I have some similar bad and annoying experience through 7 years here with them too :o

I've gotten mine late with no probs within the 14 days of the mails validity.

Do you have more of 7 mail who are still there? open and delete them to birthday mail may come in 1th page. I have same problem some months ago in one char. Make inventory -80% and mail 1-6. Hope will get. But use /mybirthday to see what is read day. As other say if is 14+ days ago will never come to next year :)
