Last few weeks I randomly get it on one of my pcs.....I exit and relog and it's not there. Usually on the 1st login of the day after I start one of my pcs...but not everyday, and nothing different running in the background. TBH, I don't know if it's the same error cuz I don't look, I just exit and redo and I'm fine...but I get it on the same screen as you. It's become just an annoyance to me, not a blockage.
