There hasn't been given any option, for especially Bartz players, who have been forced to play on a server with a difference of 6 hours, to join another server for free.
Ones like me, who chosen the bartz server for the -5 gmt, cause they work or something if it would have been a 0/+1/server, while all events like sieges oly and coc occur.
Paying players like myself, feel really disadvantaged, after spending the money like we have.
Besides that, you'd want me to spend even more, when I'm forced to move my character to another server.
Me and much more players would defently like some clarification on this subject.............
What i do not understand is that NCSoft left it to a player vote for the time zone of the new server, Freya. The three servers being merged range from +1 GMT to -5 GMT. Would it not have been wiser to pick a time zone in the middle, say for instance -2 or -3 GMT for the new merged server?
Many of us did vote against the +1 time zone, myself included. The nature of my work is that at +1 GMT i am working and unable to participate in server events such as sieges, olympiad and ceremony of chaos. So I am forced to move, to start over on another server where i can participate with the server time zone.
why has NCSoft never made a provision for people like Mr. Yuki0Araki and myself who cannot participate in a +1 GMT server environment but are being forced to it through a merge of servers we did not ask for? Please NCSoft, this may well be a defining moment for your skills in customer service... do the right thing for people who are forced away from your newly created Freya server.

Did you have more than 7 characters total on Bart, Magmeld, and/or Shilen?
Edit: Also, there is an issue with the character counter showing 0 characters until you reach the character selection page. Please make sure you log all the way in and look on the character selection page to see if your characters are still there.

I had same nick in the 3 server, now i logged my account, and i try to log my MAIN and take MY nick but someone that had the chance to change his name took my nick.. grats ncsoft... u let ppl take nicks that are in conflict.

The process for this was covered in the server merge guide:
There will be an appeals process for those players who lose a name due to griefing or name-stealing tactics. If you lose a name due to griefing, send a support ticket and we will investigate the issue. Support will answer tickets as they come in, but depending on the volume it may take a little while. Patience is key, but they will get to it as soon as they can.

Rule breaking is tied to the account, not the character name and mail can be sent to the current name you're using while you wait for the resolution.

I had a brainlag this morning. I was trying to log in and forgot that it's the maintanace so after the many times I got the error Login Failed. Please try again in a few minutes. (42), the code changed to (3476). Does anyone know what is this? I bought my ncoins yesterday and now I cannot play

The double login starts to be really annoying. Especially now, you made a cleanup, or I just hope that you made so you can revert back the server limit to 5000 people instead of 4000. With high traffic there is a high chance to get only the background screen after choosing the server.
High chance is not like korean random 50% , but its every 4-5th attempt.

2. i join a kartia group, we reach boss, when boss at 2% hp i bsoe so i can give the xp to my sub, i get critical error while soeing, i come back, i get back to the party, we kill boss and i get zero xp!!!

Hello , i hope in new (freya server) who merged 3 server into 1 people will play litle legit pvp ...... but atm what i see is full geared scripted players move and clean the parnasus without gms admins do nothing ...... so not even 1 day cannot do your work well? Sorry but u fail and u fail hard for this day by day u loose all people from your servers u cannot support your own game and server and this is so sad and dissapoint :( sorry for my english . LF answer from gm admin team.

Same thing here, i was in parmasus with my seer, new server, full of ppl there, i wasnt flag or anything, i hit someone flagged, and before i can do anything i was dead. It wasnt even 0.01s after that he targeted me and killed me. Plz do something about those who use scripts for that.

Do u ever try make this ticket in l2 support team? Because if u make it u will take the same answer ....... I make 20-30 tickets in last 1 year and all have same answer and 0 happend ...... If u and your team plan not do nothing tell us for we know it ......

If you don't plan to have empty server then i sugest you to consider to skip those rules and make some research by yourself to see real situation of those "pvp" players and how they affect real players and pvp in general, of course that is my sugestion and you will do whatever you want.

Just wanted to ask admins 2 questions, when you gonna post normal patch notes for helios update (i know that preliminary is on), and could you say when approximately helios update will be launched ? thank you for your answers :)

Hey BurnCycle, are you still having this issue? If you are, can you please do the following:
Update the game and do a full file repair.
If it's still happening after that, can you please try to capture as many details as possible with what's going on and send me those details in a PM?
