Any critical errors are welcome, just somehow try to do a screenshot with the error itself and somehow the backtracked /loc command the person like I did.
Starts to be really annoying, always the same crap. I wasted again my time on a totally dead thing ...I just sent another email to the dev team on a status update for a fix. They are still investigating.
I have to say, siege were quite horrible.
I have never really had this problem, one or two crashes per week (not more than usual, I never log off.. anyway)
Everytime I ran inside siege zone I started loading everyone inside (i suppose "map change"... was heine castle btw) which resulted in a crash 50% of the time.
Have fun running all the way back from town to castle, takes like 3 minutes.. while trying to stop people from casting.
How about you..
1a. Delete all appearances, refund NCoin to the people with said appearances.
1b. Remove app from l2store.
1c. Wait for Korea to fix it, re-add app in l2store.
Since it only appear to be female elves..
2. Replace the bugged texture file with something that works.
i.e instead of loading white assassin on female elves, temporarily make us load dark assassin instead.. while waiting for a fix.
This one I feel shouldnt be too hard?
Cause knowing Korea it might take one month or more to fix this, I dont want another siege like that :eek:

I have White Assassin Appearance on Seraph Heavy, I play last siege with 0 problem with no crash. I use to stay at Aden selling stuff with 2 account 0 crashes.

ofc u dont have problem cause u r wearing it .. the problem is the other ppl when their clients have to load ur textures, its crashing perma
I have white assassin set on ertheia and im not geting any criticals... must be something else ...
The fists appearance is the bug ..they look 5 times bigger when u use any appearance on ertheia ...please fix this annoying bug .. it was submited
Sorry, I wont backtrack more than 20 people. The issue is with the White assasin textures on some animations with any kind of class. Read carefully the critical error description. You can pm Juji as well if you dont believe to me.
It is most certainly associated with female characters of any race.
My first 4 crashes in a row that I got in Aden were related to the same female kamael.
Then I got error messages mentioning f.dwarf, f.dark elf, and so on.
New crash, spreading to Female Elf character now as well...

Thanks for looking into this.
If the development team do not know a solution to the problem on short term would it be possible to remove that appearance, give people who had it a free replacement appearance and once it's fixed / development team has had the time to work on fix give them back the white assassin appearance if they want it back?
This would save us a lot of headaches from crashing constantly at towns while trying to move around, some people already say they crash twice (or more often) in a row and give up on playing entirely because they can't even manage to leave their clan hall.

I GAVED you an another confirmation. The rest were just joking with fictional critical errors. It was photoshop.
Yidao can confirm as well, with Helios this issue is gone.
