Letter Collector Event (12th Anniversary)
The Letter Collector event will return as the 12th Anniversary system event. There will be a few system changes added with this event:
New Item - Kaliel's Energy - Longing
A new Kaliel's Energy item will be added as an event reward. Use this new item at the Seed Talisman Manager for a chance to upgrade the Longing Talisman to an Insanity Talisman.
Update to Compounding Soul Crystals
Soul Crystals will now be compoundable up to Stage 8.
Blue Dynasty Outfit Bundle
The Blue Dynasty Appearance Stone along with the Hair Accessory, Cloak, and Mount will be bundled together in the next Store Update.
May Community Contest

Status on Race Change Ticket
The dev team is currently having another internal discussion to review the Race Change Ticket. There was some conflict with offering this service in NCWest. I will let you know more details once we receive a response from the dev team.
Still no Helios next month nor the "anti-bot", 12th anniversary event is mediocre at best. RMT bots shouting all over each town, Huge armies of low level orcs running around all over every server, constant crashes in aden town. Man this server is on its last legs and the GM's doesn't even do something about it except make promises. Since January there were multiple Major promises that Juji made and only one has been kept and its the merge which is a huge failure 3 PvE servers combined and made 1 huge PvE server lmao
Another month without solve the bot problem?. Well seems that i will have to find another game...i refuse to play this game with 90% characters in bot mode.
ps: this thing is old, dunno why they are putting these just now.
NCWest always gets stuff late, if at all. (Side note: Now they're dragging feet on Race Change service and Dual to Main change service. It wouldn't surprise me if we don't get either of those services.) I like the Blue Dynasty Appearance, so I'll buy it.
I could also use an Insanity, so I guess you can count me in for that "event" as well.

I wonder when this will stop ? 2 months ago i return back to the server and since then many players get Critical Errors, very warm welcome. I hope this Blue dynasty won't increase the critical erros.

Juji Tempest stone problem not solved even you added it to Hero coin reward. There is still a problem with them. The amount of elcyum crystals is absolutely low and tempest stones which is required in enormous quantities is still very very low. You need add idk like 100x more of what we have today to actually material to be somehow usable.
Tempest stones are required in alchemy and alchemy require them in enormous quantities.
elcyum crystals are required everywhere including making pve pvp gears to increase odds. As for today there is simply not enough elcyum and tempest stones to actualy use alchemy or increase odds for better gear setups.
Could you PLEASE add this items in some flipin event or smthing ? ? ??

hey buddy Hakke :) :) long time no see :) i think most are enraged with the 4.5 + 8.5 hours of downtime yesterday and tomorrow.....and uhm....besides combining the Longing's the rewards aint that "crazy" i guess....Not even close to the events of last year's 11th Anniversary...
I hope they make it so people who race change dont get unfair advantages... from previous awakened chars.... so juji when are you going to fix it when a HK can run around with SK cubics or other tanks with HK reflect ETC... kinda makes the game unbalanced to people who donate for changing class / race.

Race change will have nothing to do with that. That imbalance is from the already-available Chaos Essence, where ppl make Dark Avengers, Prophets, Silver Rangers and Shilen Elders to keep Reflect, Mystic Immunity, Rapid Fire and Prophecy of Wind respectively, and then switch to another class after Awakening.

well juji did say spring so it will be in june at the latest
if you see date's in L2 after GoD updates in spring you will see the they usual are last/first MT in May/June or last/first MT in June/July so we have time till update :)
Any word on the Race Change service? I gather it won't happen with this week's update, but mid-May is just around the corner. It would be nice to get these exciting services before the end of the month for a change.
pplz are getting tired of waiting for Helios update.. folks want to see archers/daggers nerved, mages & tyrs boosted, the new end game areas as well easy solo spots to xp at 100+ etc. etc.
the "first" Preview announcement was the best but nothing that mattered on it has been delivered so far..

People is more tired with all this end gear people who moving arround full scripted and they thinking play pvp, people also is tired from people who get ban and after 1 week ban dissapear , people is tired from ncsoft dont keep he rules and destroy he own game.

that depends on if they use a 3 strike system finally as if so those players that got temp ban knows what will happen next time they get caught and that will have a real effect on said stuff but I do agree the lack of transparency is frustrating as how hard is it to communicate these days what is being done to fix the game and what we can expect going forward..
the Helios update content is quite good and we know from the preliminary notes what to expect, a clear example of good communication if not for the actual deliverables so why not have the same on their ingame policies as dang if we have now a 3 strike system then for that to actually work examples need to be set in a visible and unmistakable in your face manner.

Rules say if they catch , account will be closed ..... they not say nothing about 1 week ban only ...... i know people who is 103-104-105 lvl and still boting.... in helios what will be change? All same ***** bot will continue rule the server.... So ncsoft not respect he own rules..... How they expect from players respect them?

Yup, and ya gotta laugh yer butt off every time they spam in-game that accounts will be banned!
I dunno why any of you are shocked by this. Lucky if you see anything by July. The events are always tied to the store. I've all but given up on this game
/bump time for June Preview even though I'm sure you guys got better things to do right now and I'm not in the mood to hear how we still not get Helios or any services like racial exchange and defi not want to hear about any more fail nc store events..
