1. I know there are some rich people out there who want Level 99 ASAP, and I thought I share my experience with them. Obviously the right thing to do will be to get EXP runes, but here are some of my experience.
1-1. Leveling Level 98 ISS with Dragon buff 1 hr + Maphr's scrolls(from daily quest coins):
I made a trio with LvL 100 DD + the Iss + another Iss(support) and all 3 went into K95. The Level 98 ISS disconnected after entering.
Level 100 DD cleared all the mobs until the boss fight and right before the boss fight the 98 ISS logged in again and joined the party. 2nd ISS support did BR(important this iss does 0 damage on the boss) and left the party and now LvL 100 DD + 98 ISS stayed together and killed Kalios. LvL 98 ISS with dragon buff + maphr's scroll did 7.5% at level 98.
Please note, no Nstore stuff were used here.
If I had other stuff like EXP runes 100% + 200%, this would've been 15%.
Do this with extra pass? 30%! Now CC + Baylor gives about 13B exp which is equivalent to K95 Duo run EXP. so Baylor + CC x 2 with extra pass should give another 30%.
So yeah (K95 Duo + CC + Baylor) x 2 = 60% at Level 98 if you use everything...
1-2. Level 92 Evic(with Dragon buff and 100% 1-95 rune for 1 ncoin from Nstore promo) + 92 Iss
Iss enchanter used "Apprentice Adventure Sword", yeah the one you get from LvL1, on the boss to minimize the damage when it did Crippling attack + shadow Blade. Iss Left at the very last moment and got like 35M exp from the boss kill. but what about Evic?? She got 54B EXP from K90 boss, pellin and just from 200% exp boost did 50%+ at level 92...with extra pass? 1 LeveL 1 day!
2. For the poor people or the people who think that Nstore = cheating and wanna play the game hardcore or the people who are simply too casual to spend any money on this game...here is my advice.
So yeah, you are gonna be level 99 Months later than the Rich people. But here is the good news. Boxed Exp runs are only good until LvL 99 and after that everyone is in the same boat pretty much. Actually at LvL 97, you can start doing CC+Baylor and doing those two gives 13B+ EXP, which is equivalent to K95 Duo run.
I know it's hard to make adena in L2 but starting from 97+, things become much better. I get Seraph & eternal crafting boxes from CC & Baylor runs sometimes and balok almost always drops 'Rune Stone' = easy 60M.
From LvL 97+, your goal should be getting a Constant Party and you are gonna be geared in no time.
So yeah...get to LvL 97 ASAP and try every quest on the way up.
There are some quests that are really money making and you will see some leveling spots where you can make some adena as you Exp, too.
P.S. I was almost tempted not to write this post for I have a feeling...every time I write something along the line of "How to EXP fast!" or "How to get Rich fast," NC comes along, reads my post and nuff them...
Was it a coincidence that LeveL 76 3rd class transfer no longer gives adena reward? and LvL 73 Pailaka quest no longer gives adena ??? or removed altogether?

let me tell u something really true, years ago i spoted a bug at one quest.
at plains of lizardman we had a quest that u need to kill mobs in orders to random summon a quest mob, once u killd that quest mob u get the right to visit ugoros, a mob that if u kill gives u 1 holy crystal plus 3eas or 1 holy crystal plus 1ews from quest reward and everytime u kill it, it drops 1m adena and some oher random drop, to meet him, doing the quest sometimes it took 1 minute or 10 hours, cos it were korean random, with our bug we could meet him each 5 minutes.
this bug made chronos full of holy crystals, me and my crew rich players, once doing the bug, another dude saw me doing it, figure it out too, then we went in war for the bug, turns out that i reported to ncwest cos he were on that time 10x stronger than us, and at that time, that same quest was the exactly same quest at korean l2, ncwest suport told me that we could keep using that thing/bug/exploit until they contact dev team and revamp the area since we werent doing nothing wrong XD.
i told that to the enemy we got, and turns out i proposed him a deal, he accepted and we turned into bff.
thats is the true history about the s80 quest areas being revamped, cos that happend not only on plains, u could do that same stuff on beast farm and den of evil. not that tin foil hat conspiracy u got, same goes with the fish head acessory for 200k at grocery, the enchant exploit, and many other things, bugs made change, not a rich dude with napoleon complex.
and for the last, telling ppl they can make 7% per kartia, isnt news to no one and that ll never make ncwest do any changes on game. i do appreciate that u tell us that now u can level 98/99 in 2 or 5 days, cos back there were 90 ******* days.
but for this, ppl need to have money to build a stacked toon to carry others through instances or have powerfull and old friends on game willing to help them.
what u said makes no justice for a newcomer or for someone who cant duo, cos he don have the gear or for a dd that need to carry others if he hasnt the gear which he needs money or time to make.

If you take a look around the forum, especially Q&A section, you will notice that they are newbies(or the returners who are new to the current L2 system) asking people for advice. They ask stuff like where to go at Level 95, or the best leveling method at LvL 98...etc.
Aren't you the one who's self-centered? I mean this post is intended for the general public and yet you seem to have taken it as something intended only for you. Now I know what it is like when somebody gives you advice when you didn't ask for it. It certainly feels like, that somebody is talking down on you, challenging your autonomy, attacking your self-sufficiency and Ego.
If you think you can use something here, you read and take whatever you need; and if you think you know them all, you can just glance through and let it pass... It's as simple as that.
