You have choice now to stay and play among those "White Walkers" withoit fighting them or complaining because they are Army and with every second more coming, theres nothing to do about that. NCsoft gives no shiiit about this problem, 'cause for them is not a problem.

Or run away and play some other beautiful game and here i will recommend you Blade & Soul.
You are lucky because you are "new". Best solution for you is leave this game right now and play another one until gms clean servers from bots. In other side, old players that invested hundreds / thousands of $ on this game don't want to leave cause they paid too much and they feel that if they leave this game is like if they had lost that $.

Actually, any money I spent on this game (during subscription times and in f2p times) I never looked at as an investment...that would be foolish. I always considered it as paying for a service...meaning I never expected any lasting value. Now that I'm once again tired and sick of this game..it's very easy to walk away with that mentality towards money "wasted" here. It's all good. The real problem would be spending a dime more....

Best advice is to just leave game tbh, since you are new. Try black desert online, it is really good. If you don't listen to our advice, at least do not put a single cent into the game, cause in a few months you will come to reason.
GM's know who bots are, but refuse to ban them. You can search for a screenshot of a pm where Juji, the game's producer, points out who is using bot before he goes into hid. Those players are still in game, as far as my understanding.

Those players aren't too bright then. The money is lost the minute you put it into nccoin. It's called a sunk cost, do not base decisions around it.
