Dear ncsoft suport , you just banned may chat, because a rmt user boxed 3 chars in daylis and , he forgot to buff hes party, more then that he was insulting me for asking him nicely to buff party up. Thanck you verry much plis ban that bot, and restor may ingame function. You even blocked me the right to submit tikets in past mounth. Nice admins realy do there job. Tehnical suport do same seems:D:D:D:D. Have a nice day and kill game even more. Ah and plis Ban may acount forever in that way you lose like 15 active players.
how they stop you to send ticket? you may any time send from other acc/mail, there was also way (maybe someone may post link here) to send ticket from blank ID (to not even have reg that mail in NC data base). When you send ticket you write for what char and server you send ticket not need to be log with that char main in web. How you think all ppl who have issue with login sending ticket's if they not may log in 1st place :)

So you not have access to your master ID?
I believe the you have some other problem not the someone restrict your option to send ticket. Search how you fix master problem, all after that will fix.
