Having the same problem, can't access one of my accounts because of this.

please make a modification coordinator of this event "Letter Event Collector " so dead that truth is worth celebrating one year of l2 with a super bad event , I do not say bad total crap .

The problem of bots we have to not pay all , but you do not implement quick solution to avoid BOT . NCSOFT please work a little more

In his presentation he said that would be more attentive to the claims and so far has not been seen or the game looking the more everyday problems in the game itself .

I started on RUOFF, it is pretty nice. Less lagg, no crappy economy, no bots or corrupted people, just sometimes the adena sellers. You have even PA, double drops and exp.
Hi Yaviey, maybe you can extend xp setup +50% for 1 more week to compensate crapy event, regular crashes , mail verification bugs, yesterday night login problems ...
This setup really help players and make them use boosts from store, everybody will be happy.
Any gift for ppl as me and many others who play from dynamic IP and basic you "ban" them to log in game y-day because your mail code system fail? :)
Or remove thet lol mail crap, if I need to relog every 12h because my IP reset not need to wait mail every time 5-10 min or like y-day to never come...
ID mail+pass+pin code is ok protect. why to we need 6 number code in mail? This is just restriction for normal ppl who use dynamic IP. Bots stay online from MT to MT, play from virtual machines with static IP and never re-log. You just make bad gaming time to humans not to bots. I use live.com for my mails and I'm tired to constant re-log 3 mails to look 3 codes every 12h when my IP reset. It is enough the I need to restart 3 game clients from 0...

oops, thanks. Read it on my iphone, so only scanned it on that stupid small screen. Didn't even think to look for a date, since it was in this week's patch notes and not next weeks.

Since they just got the build a couple of weeks ago, I bet they spend 60 days doing testing, so probably 1st week of July we get.
I will bet that the racial change service will be cancelled.
on the first no they did not get the build "only" a few weeks ago lol, that's not how NC Korea distributes the export builds.. all Regions get it on the same time with only the localization to be done aka translating everything to English in such way that it makes sense..
on the second there will be consequences for cancelling the exchange racial/main-dual services but those will only matter if NCWest cares on keeping existing players or not..

I'm just going by what community manager said a few days ago which was "we got the build a couple of weeks ago". We won't see update until last week or June or 1st week of July, you can write that down.

I dont see any fix on this f**ing crashes in aden. NCWest cant handle this issues ingame, so, send for Korean Team, maybe they fix for you!

Most people in Freya don't experience crashed in Aden, you should check your pc or internet for crashes, or maybe it's server related.
You can't say it's NCSofts problem for the crashes, many other things could cause this.

Previously, there were no problems. Everything was OK.
Now the problem with the client game - crash. For example yesterday 6 of 7 people have game crash when teleporting to Parnasus. And so three times in a row. I doubt that all 6 people the same problem with the computer. The problem on the server side, not the client.

Totally agreed on that one, I think it's server based, maybe they are not putting the same effort in every server to maintain it or something, since I havent experienced this issue on Freya.
