What is difference between your title of administrator and hers of community coordinator?
Lets get this out of the way. Any update on Helios, race change service, anti-bot? We have heard about all of these for months now, but have heard nothing in a while.
Helios Update:
I understand the frustration about the wait for the Helios update. Helios was originally planned for early Spring as I mentioned earlier in this thread, but our target release date got pushed back. The reason for the delay was due to the amount of localization changes that came with the update (not because of an event/promotion).
Basically, we were not expecting the update to be so massive (almost the same size as GD) and localization from Korean to English takes considerable time. Other territories like Taiwan and Japan have faster turnaround on localization from Korean, which is why these regions have the update already. Our QA team is currently testing the update, but you should hear more information about Helios in the next few weeks. Here is a taste (http://i.imgur.com/1WoPCcl.jpg)!
Global Olympiad:
I asked the dev team when they visited us two weeks ago about the Global Olympiad system replacing our existing system, but they said that it will not happen for NCWest. The replacement appears to be for Korea only and the Global/Dimensional Olympiad system is not confirmed yet for overseas territories. More information about Global Oly will be posted once we receive it.
Race Change Ticket:
We are still waiting for the dev team's decision about the race change ticket. There was some internal discussion about it when they visited a few weeks ago. I will try to get an update from them by end of the month.
Classic Server:
NCWest is still discussing a Classic Server.

Hello, first of all, this thread is directed to all players, not to NCSoft/NCWest Staff, because we all tried talking to them and noone listened or did something about the actual state of the game. Said this i want to apologize for two things, the first one is my english, may not be perfect but is the best way to get to more people, and the second one is that i will spam this thread till NCWest ban my forum account and if you read this and see this thread deleted or my account banned i want you to copy this and make a new thread.
I have been playing this game for more than 10 years, spent a lot of amazing hours and i have a lot of great memories from my childhood here in this game, but now i see how day by day*"Lineage II"*is going to the way of*"We, NCSoft, are sory but we will have to stop Lineage II service, thank you"*and its really really sad. I wont get on details on what are the problems of the game because we all know them (Bots, Third party Software, Pay to win, Absent Game Masters) all this main problems lead to others problems like unbalanced PvP, Crazy economy, Client errors, Critical errors, Lag, Bugs, Etc, Etc.
So, how i said at the begginning this post is not directed to NCSoft or NCWest because we all know that while we still pay $$$$$ for items, events, NCoins, Etc, they do not care about the state of the game, they really dont. This post is directed to the real players of Lineage II, the only way that this game is fixed is if we work togheter and we make us hear ourselves. How do we do this?
•*Stop Buying NCoins or any paid service from NCSoft/NCWest
•*Stop buying adena from bots
•*Dont let bots do what they want, make partys to go PK bots, dont let them farm
•*Make a stupid post on forum so a few players read you and may be you open some minds

I dont want to welcome...I have few words to say, We-l2 players are in range 25-40 of age, you dont adress to some chlids who play angrybirds!
You cant full us, in the second you dont answer sincerly we will know :) Do your job and dont hide under a rock, earn our respect as yaviey did.
Im very dispointed about this fluctuations..Vali, Buster, Juji,Yaviey...in 2 years. For me, as a worker in human resources, is clear..its not employ fault...its the company fault!
We shoud put beside the hate between us and make a petition to Ncsoft koreea about all the things that those guys dont want to slove and bother us...that i have in my mind now.
Any sugestions? I also want to add in petition.... to ask NcSoft Koreea to open their server for us, i want to play there...Im tired of "not say, not do, not posible, not my job, let me ask devs from koreea,blablabla ncsoft west.
