Ncwest must stop scamming players at events. Just watch this video. 300 pouches almost opened and max reward tezza bottle ? xD This guy spent lots of money for nothing, as i did at a couple of events in past. Didnt try this one at all because i know you now, and after this video many people do as well. You have to consider some things.
1. If you want cash flow, increase the chances and make the event worth it, not a scam. Atm noone buys event items and prices drop every day, video has 1325 views already, i think almost everyone in ncwest saw it :D gz to the guy who uploaded i was waiting long time for a reveal like that. 2.Do something about the scripters who instantly target-1 shot everyone, making it impossible to play the game. its not the farming bots ... its the pvp bots that killing game. if no pvp then who will stay in game ? You will let those 10 stupid year old children or 35 year old guys with brain damaged function destroy your business?
3. Introducing scam events that only give good rewards at 1st day, not caring about game, its not bad only for l2. Personally i will never play any NCsoft game again after l2 and i think many people will not either. You are scammers and treat players like they are idiots. No respect from us, none of us. You just not killing l2 but your other games as well. Maybe some idiots will play and still love you but how many you lost?
the same happens every time i try my luck in all the events.the good stuff has 0.010% chance of get them.so i stop buy event items. i buy only from events that give important ingame items like broonch jewels event.to get at least a lvl 3 jewel and a 4slot broonch. i am waiting the abudance event .....i think is next month ....????????????????
the only thing they show is that they want grab as many cash as possible before no player remain in servers and then just shut them down. They dont care about players and they show it every day. *** scammers

Playing the game should be rewarding, not RMT. If NC stuck to that, servers would most likely still be full as they were the first few months of GoD, before the events started becoming more and more pay to win, while playing the actual game became less and less rewarding, as both event and more importantly regular drops got nerfed into oblivion. I literally don't know a single player who has quit for any reason other than Pay to win + automated gameplay combo. Well, at least 99%. The 1% moved on because of other real life changes.

yeah ofc chance for high reward shouldnt be high, but at least they can give rewards like consumambles that worth something ... not x1 gem r/elcyum/ear etc per pouch!! just watch the video and you will see that the guy got back like 20% of what he spent.... maybe even less.

If you looked at the list of prizes and the L2Store items prices you would know that the event was scam from the start.
Unfortunately people still try their luck even knowing they are going loose adena on it. That's what they (NCSoft) do, they use the gamble addiction of their players to get revenues and not give anything special in return. It's their intention to do so (maybe not from US part, but sure is from Korea who designed the events) and the silence in relation to this event from the US team kinda say they really don't care bout it.
Lately the L2 Events been turning a bit like this, but this one was rock bottom. I honestly have real doubts about the legality of their events as the US gambling laws are a bit strict... I guess if a lawsuit against them enter in regards to this events we will finally see what happen.
As a final note: Check the reward list carefully next time. Its easy to see the value of items and calculate how much you pay for each try. In this event it was crystal clear that you shouldn't be playing it as more them 60% of their items had a value bellow what you payed for try. And if you looked for the cheap item, (it costed 1/100 of what you payed for try) that usually it's the most common item to get, it should be easy for you guys to decide.

L2 Store should be a place for account services, cosmetic items, at best some exp/sp/drop rate boosts and other minor gameplay aiding items. You should at no circumstance be able to pay for the most powerful items in the game - weapons, armor, boss jewelry, abundance talismans, brooch jewelry etc. Those should be earned through months and years of playing the game, not through L2 Store. This is the most common problem and flaw with all failed or failing free to play games, that otherwise show promise. And L2 has been going down this road for many years.
As a recovering Nstore Gambling addict, LOL, I've enjoyed watching the video; a lot of things went through my mind as I was watching it.
1. You don't gamble with your grocery money or rent money, You gamble with the extra cash you have...for fun. Gambling is not a way to make money or get rich. Gambling is not a retirement plan...You only do it for fun and the excitement. How much to gamble?? is really up to each player. Do it for the amount that you don't mind losing...actually only gamble with the intention of losing! everything!!! in exchange for the excitement. It's an entertainment.
2. All Nstore event chances change over time. The first day, 2nd day, 3rd day, 1st week, 2nd week and the last week, they all change.
This is what I do now. I spend around 4k Ncoins($50 USD) for any Nstore event, promo that catches my fancy, on the 1st week. I study the reward table and see if what I get belong to the upper half of the reward list or the lower half. If it's lower half, I just stop. If upper half, I play some more knowing that I may not win anything valuable at all.
3. This year, I am not selling Ncoins like I used to last year. Last year 1 Ncoin was about 350k adena but now it's almost 1 Ncoin = 700k Adena! I don't know about other servers but at least for chronos server, it was me selling Ncoins at 350k last year at the beginning of each Nstore event/promo, setting the market price from the beginning, making the other Nstore item sellers follow my initiation. I know I only make the small fraction of the total Ncoins people buy, but at least last year, my small fraction was enough to influence the market price.
Now is a great time for any Ncoin sellers I suppose....Gear prices are actually cheaper than last year and they can almost double their money now. However, for anyone spending adena for Nstore stuff, you are spending 2 x the adena for any Nstore stuff compared to last year.
4. If you gamble your chances and it doesn't seem to work then stop for awhile, do something else then come back; but most of all, change town. I don't do any enchanting or play any gambles in Giran, the busiest town in L2. There are too many people enchanting and gambling in giran and I am fighting my chances with them. I seem to do better in less populated towns although it's not 100% all the time.
5. Accept the fact that some events are really worth going all the way but the most other events are not worth playing at all. If you want to play then play small and see for yourself. It's not easy by the way, cuz it's usually the first day of the event and the first 2-3 hrs that the chances are usually O.K...
6. I just wish the Designers of Lineage2 events and promos know about the Ncoin value per server and take that into consideration when they decide the winning chances.

light616 angry kid, i didnt say i want to be p2w, personally i never used real money for any game and i will not (especially in a game with one foot on grave). Ofc its as chance event and it shouldnt give top items but this guy got really scammed. He didnt even get worthy consumambles at least to sell and make some adena close to those he spent or even half!! he got like 10-20% back. Thats insane and its not only him, 99% of players had the same result so go play the smart guy in other forum or upload another video make fun with ncwest to feel smart. And btw dreamseeker stop killing game with your donate, ok for me to donate to catch up with others but donating to be god ... i dont see where is the fun, you just make more players who dont like to be 1shotted all time and do 1k dmg quit or stay in town. Or am i alone in laughing at someones misfortune? let me explain, if u got that type of gear adena and ability to spend ncoin on a gamble for sheit reward then well i jus get pure amusement out of that, a nice free good warm feeling! thank you i got for free what u were trying to pay for!
Pointing out the facts of how pay to win has been killing this game for years. ( Also a number one flaw of many promising free to play games.
