Can you attach a screenshot of what your character status window looks like currently?
And then give this a try to reset the UI window positions.
1.) Go to your Lineage II/System folder.
2.) Delete the "Windowsinfo.ini" file.
3.) Launch the NCLauncher and perform a file check/repair on Lineage II.
4.) Log into Lineage II and press the key combination Alt + Shift + O to bring up the Options menu. Click the Reset Window Location button.

That would be the worst solution. They need to block the program, not punish the people who gave up waiting for NCsoft to act. The game is dominated by botters, and it's been "if you can't beat 'em, join 'em" for a lot of people. I'd hate to see the people who'd just as happily play in a bot-free world get hammered, while the top botters keep on keeping on, which is what always seems to happen. NCsoft always picks the low-hanging fruit.

However much I'd love for all cheaters to be banned, this would pretty much wipe out 80+% of the game's population... <_<
If we can start with stopping *new* bots from getting anywhere close to being productive (currently bots still get banned, but months after account creation, which means they've earned enough items/adena to justify it's existence), then # of bots will drop.
Then they need to audit the top ranking players of the server, if any of them have broken rules, they need to be punished accordingly, some suggestions:
majority of levels botted -> back to level 1 you go!
purchasing of adena -> bye bye items & adena!
some botting:
Lvls 101 and above -> back to 99
Lvls 99-100 -> back to 85
******* & other PvP related cheats ->Back to level 1, bye bye items + adena and an unchangable title saying "Certified Cheater", lasts a year
The assumption is that they have their bot detection methods improved to a point where it is:
Accurate
Quick
Then they can start working DOWNWARDS, from the top players. Why start from the top? Because they should be role models for the rest of the server, and it will dissuade people from investing time (and money?) into cheating their way to the top in the first place, as noone cheats to be mediocre at a game.
TLDR; Ban any new bots (sub-99); punish existing cheaters appropriately without banning, starting with the top players.

Personally I gave up hope about 2 years ago. How many people have I seen bot a new toon up to 99 (back then) or 101 (now) slap good gear on it, script it in PvP and make a significant difference in the server's power. Even if that toon gets banned, just make a new one and in 6 months or less again be making more of a difference on the server than legits ever will.
Even with occasional "ban waves" taking the risk and botting is far more lucrative than playing it safe and never getting anywhere.
