We've resolved the issue causing disconnects for players over the last 10 days. To compensate for the inconvenience, we've put together a bundle of boost items (non-tradable) on the L2 Galleria (http://store.lineage2.com/store/detail?goodsNo=227740&categoryPath=1_7). We’ll be getting the bundle out for you all today to enjoy over the weekend. This bundle will be 1 per account and available on the Galleria from June 3 through June 13.
Finally, if you used any runes during the last 2 weeks, you're welcome to contact Customer Support for reimbursement.

What about instances lost due disconect and crushes...K99, Baylor,etc not mention time that we lost.

stop crying and be happy that you got atliest something more and not just tersi for 6 hours, even if you got dc in most instances you could come back in them so not to much xp loss

Im not greedy lol...its not about item worth in $....
Its about how usefull they are, they can give me 1000 $ item...in my eyes wont worth anything if do not compensate what i lost :)
We all lost time and exp...i was expecting a server 100% exp/sp for 1 week event+tersi+angel cat...
I think in $$$ its less than we got....but more usefull :)
I am actually still receiving disconnects when I have 2 clients open. At least 1 of them will DC. Dunno how long it takes, but its probably if minimized >30minutes.

First nobody of us who lost runes wanted to make XP with stupid save Vit (need to buy Freyas , more lost of adena) and idiotic buff 50% 3minutes. Example i could buy bunch of Freya scrols, for what reason? ok XP well i dont like to click everytime the **** rb die and save vit for multiple reasons NO TIME fo DM in instances i just dont want , so i buy NC coins got my **** runes and i lost 2 weeks of it because ur failure company,

Yes, 50% should be longer, even to new update! many ppl start playing beacuse of this event, ppl have motivation to log... w.o this 50% exp is wasting time... think about it and keep ppl busy till helios :P

After reviewing your concern and according to our logs, we found that you only used a XP Rune II (Lv. 1-95) 100% and not 200%. However, we are pleased to let you know that we have restored the XP Rune II (Lv. 1-95) 100% Pack (7-day) back to your character. It might take 24 hours for the item to arrive in your character inventory.
Hope this clarifies your concern and thank you for your understanding. Please let us know if you have any other concern.

Being an official server does not give them superpowers to prevent ddos.
Some time ago(2015 or 2014) lizards put down NC west servers for 1-2 days, as far as i remember.
most likely some zR emo's who are upset.. btw hope NCWest does realize that a ddos attack or the like is something that may happen when you take away an easy profit from a bunch of professional Russian hackers..

Compensations are for the massive DCs not for runes
Conguero wroted about lost runes we must QQ to suport
and suport wasnt even working well.
at the day 9 June istill get not back any kind of Rune and im lvl 99 30%.
They just too slow and i PAY for a Rune i didnt USE, simple as that give money back or similar Rune.
