dear suport team, you blocked may tikets use, since 2 mounths ago, naw i ricive 4th chat suspend in 1 weck from caracters lvl 80, that declare wars to may clan, i dident insult nobody, i dident , afeck there game play, but they still use this crap, that blocks me from playng , for hours-days, 843 minuts each time , is bloking me to help academy players, is bloking me to use may drop rate runes, is bloking me to make a party for daylis, and you are forceing me to stay onlyne doing nothing. PLis remuve may chat supend, Is not a way to solve any mental problem that some other persons have, And a block on may caracter name, was inuf, i coudent join there partyes i coudent speack to them. But not a chat ban that blocks may play time with may frend, Thhis is forcing 20 new players to quit game. what reason you see dude? i go make daylis on a lvl 100 dager i find boxed players , protecting there vitalityes, staying afk, and i must make daylis alone for them?:D:D:D, and in the end under rb they forget to heal, they dont rebuff, i die i fail instances, and i ****** pay with chat bans.:mad::mad::mad::mad: this is a nice joke going on for a very long time, and only this weck has been for 4 times, last night i ended 3rd chat ban in oly time att first login hour today, bang 1 more chat ban.:confused::confused::confused::confused: wtf are we doing here.

1. use microsoft word program with eng autocorect, its hard for someone to understand what you wrote up there :)
2.How you get chat ban? I dindnt understud....you get chat ban if someone block you or more ppl block you? I know you get chat ban if you writte too fast....What chat ban have to do with boxed ppl? ohh, if you curse them :D that could explain a lot :D

i am not cursing anibody, i dont care any more haw others play, but 1s may xp goes dawn for boted chars to lvl up i quit party. and lett them play there way. there for a bot can use a chat ban i dont have this in game obtion for anything. 2 what iff i write fast , this means i can realy use may hand? and i am not a criple persone to write with may feet?:confused: you have any more flames to throw? :rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

So, if you type short message press enter and you do that fast>>> you get chat ban...its like when you spam too much macro to sell/buy smthing. If you try to message again>>>penalty increase.
We all get same treatment here...you are not special :)

Anyway. If you Bele spam too fast in clan chat u will get chat ban for some mins. (Been there done that, clan enjoys the silence when I have it.)
So I think u should try to "spam slower." Or if you are using macros a lot for clan chat then avoid spamming them. More you spam more penalty you will get. Not 100% sure does that time increase every time you try to spam more and more when u have that chat ban time ticking. Looking for confirm for that :D

850min. chatban, it's a known bug, many have/had it in the last months. Make a Support ticket and on monday you can go on with your QQing in game.:D:D:D:D i start laughting guy i cant submit tiket for securiti resons i can show you photos of what mesage i ricive after i try loging inn to submit a tiket . and this is happening for 2 mounths naw. second i dont even care about there stupi low lvl in game chat. Antil ncsoft is capabile to respond to 1 ingame problem, i made a TS chanel for all clan:)) I dont even care any more about there in game problems since i meet soketka to pro donator [AKA Big BOOT rmt user on NAYA] Alias Botketka , stupid midged dwarf on steroids, and i made him fail hero.:)) An this was 3 4 years ago:)) To help you understand beter, in may country things muve with 2x speed of lite on internet conections:D:D:D in were tha hell this server is set up, they ned more tha 4-5 years to ban some bot owner.

can admins just lock this thread or delete it because it started like help i got chat bans nonstop and now the guy who started it just talk nonsense flame other ppl and try to say that he is to fast for this game so thats why they should just adjust game just for him. i am olso non native English speaker but even forums have auto correct function so plz use it because its hard to understand what you wanna to say.

Maybe his/her english is really bad but for sure this reminds me something I see everyday on naia. Whole clans do this s h i t thinking the other party members [1 or 2] may do istances like tauti, balok and the like all alone without heal and buffs.
If u want to blame someone blame those bandawagons.
I won't post in here BeleaMare. Instead i would sign up some in game nicks, do istances as party leader and when someone of the list is in your party and you are finally killing the raid boss just kick the dude out of your party. Then whisper him or her "Don't want to spend vit ? no exp dude".
