Free Teleports
No XP Loss Upon Death
Double Nightmare Kamaloka Rewards (Golden Pig)
Field Raid Boss respawn time reduced by 50%
Daily Energy of Destruction obtained through hunting doubled (2 -> 4)
Fee to reset Revelation Skills reduced (100,000,000 -> 50,000,000 Adena)
Fee to reset Ability Points reduce (10,000,000 -> 5,000,000 Adena)
The Letter Collector Gift item will be removed.
Standard server maintenance will be performed.

his question was if u can change ur dual class on a normal race to a ertheia class, for which the answer is NO you cannot do that

Can't say anything about Red Libra (it's basically as no event for me). It would be nice to have an event which is for ALL players and not only for the rich & top ones like this one.

instead make open field Rbs decrease 50% respwn, need to put it random.
Famous RMT farm ALL the servers, with autologin bots using myteleport and exalted belief in a pt with 2 wyn, so he auto sumon whole pt and kill each rb in no more than 2 minutes (this is the same guy Max clan uses to win epic dragons against EQ due to the awesome dps)

Well, with a post count of only 20 I don't think he's done much more than just posting announcements. I don't recall him ever answering any questions so you might have a long wait.
I am fairly sure that neither Juji nor Yaviey would come up with a sentence like "The kiosk in my temporal lobe is shaped like Rosalyn Carter (http://boards.lineage2.com/member.php?u=259481)". So in the beginning there was probably a real Conguero. But we must consider the possibility that somewhere along the line the person Conguero has been vanished and the account is now just used by Juji to post announcements. ("Last month's Conguero has withered away; what remains is the name of the Conguero").
