Whats with the frequent full game disconnects at least once a week and lasting from anywhere between 5 minutes unable to connect up to a few hours like past week?
Not to mention the intermitted lag that shifts from one character to another (only one affected usually and never comes on all at once).
This time close after reset when people try to do their dailies, it seems that not all people affected (US people seem to have no problem) so whats going on?
Also the bugs getting worse, entered mystic tavern and door did not want to open for freya instance.
Changed party leader and did not open for anyone so no other solution then to PR out, locking us all for the tavern instance while never heading in further then the first port in room...
Since when do network disruptions / outages have anything to do with using a bot?
These disconnects are a malfunction either within the NCWest network (affects more games then just L2) or (one of their) network providers connecting their data center to the outside.
I am pretty sure ncsoft is fully aware of these outages and hopefully working to a resolution for them but can never make the assumption that if a problem happens that someone will notice it if no one informs them about it.
This is the problem we had forever for one of the places i worked for, customers did not report problems and assumed someone else did.
We never knew about these problems till frustrations build up enough and then when we knew about it a solution was quickly found but till then we did not know about it (same applies for NCWest, if you do not let them know they might not know if it's not a common problem affecting a lot of people).
