Usage of software that allows your to create hotkeys is not supported by NCSoft. However, it is not prohibited and you may use it on your own risk.
This is a NCSoft anwser, when i asked about mouses, keyboards, keypads, softwares etc. which allows you to make macros/hotkeys.
Almost the same answer i got when i asked about software, which control network package on your PC(do not confuse with battleping etc.)

Are you seriously undertaking to tell a multinational corporation what is legal and what is illegal? It is not illegal to access Facebook with bot software on your computer, but the moment you click on "I Accept" when logging into Lineage 2 you are accepting Juji's Law. Well honestly, i dont believe all of them lie, i remember a friend of mine on a private server, was using a while a bot, than wanted remove it from pc since he didnt boted anymore, the fact that he was still getting auto ban from server was that, even if he removed the bot, he had still an registry of the bot kept on pc that was banning him, not sure if some registry cleaner would help you on the problem, but he had to format his pc so he could play the server, so yeah, i would suggest u guys if u really wanna go on the good path, clean your pc of that crap bot and never install it again, me and my friends didnt got ban here since we never used any, try this solution and keep up the way than else it will repeat.

If you know that your friends use cheats better find new friends or get ban like them. You should contact to support with your "friends names" and tell them to investigate those accounts. If you help them is because they help you. So you are taking advantadge of the cheats they are using indirectly.

I never used any kind of program to make L2 easier. I don't have ban and I know that I am not gonna have a ban in the future, cause I am a fair player just like a few people in here.

I have two accounts on Chronos, one opened since 2007. I have gotten bans on both of them and have no clue why. My highest lvl char is 91 and that is recent. She was sitting at 90 for about a year. I don't have enough adena to buy a full Twilight set so I clearly don't farm adena. I log on maybe once or twice a week to do dailies and earn mentor coins. I have never used 3rd party software. EVER. I am all for banning bots, trust me. I hate how they ruin the game I have loved to play for so long. But whatever NC is using to ban them is affecting players who haven't done anything, players who respect the rules! I am not ok with this. I put in years of effort on my accounts, regardless of the fact that they aren't high level toons. I really hope they fix this soon.

Second time I write to support with same question about receiving mail, second time I got response, that they cannot release information about detecting tools.
Now its become clear for me, even you legit dwarf crafter, you should not accept mail with items from anybody, even from who have smallest risk.
I hope juji will say his word, but I already got answer, for other it will be also usefull.

The fast is some players got banned for no reason (it seems -considering to post ) if it was 1 guy i would say he is lier but here are more that 300 post complaining about been baned for no reason . Personally im not banned ever.

Even my party member banned (also because of indirect reason) , my innocent dwarf crafter got hit because of receive mail with crafting packs.
Second time I write to support with same question about receiving mail, second time I got response, that they cannot release information about detecting tools.
Now its become clear for me, even you legit dwarf crafter, you should not accept mail with items from anybody, even from who have smallest risk.
I hope juji will say his word, but I already got answer, for other it will be also usefull.

My char is clearly online, I didn't get any ban and came to boards crying like you. As every post you do, this one is another hypocritical post, talking about other ppl ban while you are banned too lol
