Well 3 windows limit definitely will not stop from running multiple accounts. Considering VMware , Vsphere, Esxi. But hell you need some autologin to log into 100 accounts :D lol. Not to mention if you need control all of them like some bots runing around map. That's what 3rd party soft do for ya. Which is illegal.
you could just run multiple instances of windows (completely legit) if all your doing is fishing its very easy to do as it does not violate the user agreement

Well is not hard to buypass 3 per PC in legal way, point is did thys in picture is legal login or no. Im sure if nswest investigate may see. Chars ar fishing so they ar just loged and leave afk till server mt. If they was in attc mode out of town is other story. With afk fishing hard to say the is bot or good pc/server with virtuel mashines on.
Maybe they are a bunch of Real Life friends who all decided to play together, and thought fishing this way while in bed would be funny and drive others nuts? Who knows, who cares, as I understand it, fishing is automated now anyway.

1)Why would it be anyone's responsibility to explain virtual computers/ multiple ip's to you? your ignorance is your issue.
2) not everyone has a problem logging in 60 characters in a day ( i bet i log in my own i characters 40+ times through out the day and if i leave each logged in for hours at a time 40 - 60 clients doesn't take a titanic effort, just dedication.
3) if you think the judges haven't checked this out your a fool, they just have no reason to explain it to a winy piece of offal.
