clan hall buff bug??

does anyone else have this issue with there clan hall? cl says he re activated everything he could but we dont have buffs

its not a bug,E*.
Clanhalls, fort etc doesnt have buffoption anymore. Its now part in the enchanter npc option where u can get 1hr buffs ( part of the clan fraction quests). Its in the patch notes but it looks confusing on first reading, I agree. Basically we must farm some medals on the start ( 1 per day / toon and clanmembers put medals in cwh). Later u trade them in somehow:)

I see you've gotten an answer on the question already, but I just couldn't resist by saying this...

Seeing as the character is standing at the NPC, while searching for the buff option and not finding it, the active quest "Facing Sadness" fits sooooooo perfectly with the screenshot and the topic :D I'm sorry, I just couldn't help myself :o

Actually I think this is a bug since I've seen it BEFORE the Helios update.Not sure if some ninja patch hit us before Helios, but I'm sure I was missing the option in a castle and clan hall and no option to activate it.
