I have noticed that since returning to game and it has been free to play that there are more bots than ever before. Across all the servers in this game I would be willing to wager there are about 3k people who still play the game. Three thousand actual people, grinding, questing, and pvp'ing. The numbers now show a couple thousand "people" per server. I don't think they really want to admit that this game is dead. If they banned all those bots there would be a server population on Freya of about 300 people. They could essentially merge ALL the servers to just one server if they banned the bots and the game might be fun again "sort-of" like the old days. But they won't because they want you to keep buying ncoin and realize those who buy adena tend to stay in the game longer and buy more ncoin... they view it as a necessary evil to keep the game alive and keep making money. I'm quite shocked out of all the people who play this game that no one else has come to this conclusion.

And this new "fishing" system just is for hide the actually lack of players... almost 1k afk fishing all whole day :D
I do not know in which areas you r hunting, but i can see alot areas that is completely bot free (at least in chronos) and I come around alot checking field raids or dim chests. Today i ran through fairy, eg, atelia, dino island, giant cave, spicula area,4 sepulcher,ToI, seed of hellfire,IoP ,GoS,PoD , Orc crossroads and EV- every of these areas had all mobs alive and no bots (what i ve seen at least).
I just can remind you the old catacomb days where it was hard to find a non-botted free room and/or you had to fight "red botowner guard nukers/daggers".
I just disagree to many players saying "now there is alot more bots".
When fishing was introduced, mainly cheaters did fish, so now its pretty cool because even legits can profitate from it and also it is better than sitting in clanhall:)
PS: dont get me wrong...I hate the bots from the beginning as you do - the very reason that I am playing spoiler when it has been fun to "train" bot groups and stealing their loot xD.
