Class change/skills

I paid for a class change from a 99 BD to a 99 SWS, I lost only battle ditty and protective ditty. The CE item I bought in L2STORE said nothing about losing none-class specific skills. Only those skills that are not class specific will be lost. Well the ditties are not class specific for every iss in game gets them at 99. I did NOT lose the other skill, blessing barrier, which also cost rune stones. Submitted ticket, here is part of response by NCSOFT::::

Any enchantment on lost skills will not transfer to the newly-gained skills and no reimbursement will be provided.
Skills learned with Rune Stones (i.e. Protective Ditty, Battle Ditty, etc.) will be lost and reimbursement is not provided.


This is not true as I did not lose the skill blessing barrier. Then the argument was that battle ditty and proactive ditty are class specific. Really.... NC just give me my skills back you money hungry thieves. Also if you are robbing ppl of their skills add that description to the item you are selling.

I don't think NCsoft will give you 16 Rune stones to learn your ditty skills. Before you take any action with item from L2store that cost good money, ask the players how it work or the support for more details. If you had money for Chaos Essense then you should have for 16 Rune Stones or just make them :D.

You did not lose Blessing Barrier because maybe it's passive or beacause it was added at Underground update and NCsoft just forgot to make it reset after you change the class with Chaos Essense.

Many things in this game don't have full information and so you have to search/ask for it somewhere.
