Here is the riddle.

If the base XP of the mob/boss is 58 billion how much XP would someone get with 720% exp boost (200% vitality, 20% vitality jewel, 35% clan XP, 5% mentee, 10% exalted, 100% XP-Rune, 100% erupting vitality, 50% exp buff, 200% maphr)???

Should be 417 billion right?

Not according to NCSoft. According to them 289 billion  is the right answer, and the official answer from support is that "we are not able to provide/disclose any calculation regarding exp rates as these are internal information only. Thank you for understanding"

I feel like my math teachers failed me... :D

Even the mobs at AF seem to disagree with me..

220% vitality + 100% EXP Rune.

XPgained from mob: 284,620,480 XP(bonus: 145,781,221)...
There are 2 errors in your calculation:

1) You forgot to add in the base xp you should get

2) Vitality DOES NOT affect xp gained from boss mobs (since you said 58 billion xp was base, I am assuming this was a boss mob). Since the erupting vitality potion boosts the bonus you get through vitality, this won't affect boss mobs either.

Here is the correct calculation (for boss mobs):
Base: 1
Clan Buff: 0.35
Mentee: 0.05
Exalted: 0.1
100% Rune: 1
Maphyr: 2
Exp Buff: 0.5

Total: 5 (4 from boosts)

XP earned = 5 x 58b = 290 billion
= 58 billion + 232 billion bonus
Assuming you are right, which before the update was not the case. I was getting 1,2 trillion exp from kama x2 runs, and now I only get 880 bill.. but let's say this is correct, since when does the below apply to mobs as well?

The mobs in AF would give just below 100% bonus XP, even with 320% XP boost.

It's very simple, but you don't know how the boosts work, obviously.

Every separate boost is calculated over the base xp from a mob.So If you got 100%+200% boosts and the base xp is 50b, then you'll get 50x2+50x3=250b and NOT 50x2=100 x 3 =300.

If you think your approach is the right one, you forgot to add the initial 50 to the calculation...., but it is not rly, and it does not explain the wrong XP gained from field mobs

Even his is wrong , 100% + 200% mean base + (base *1 ) + (base*2) so if mob give base 50 from rune you get other 50 and from vp other 100 , total 200 . If use freya may get other 50 same if is draco nevit buf 50 . Mente 2.5 , clan buf lv 4 17.5 and exalted 10% 5. base (50)+ rune
100%+vp+freya+draco+mente+clan+exalted =327.5(bonus 277.5) from mobs . Same if is rb who give base 50 is total 227.5 in end bcs vp not give bonus in rb .

I had a little mistake up above, it's like this :
base 50b + bonus 50b + bonus 100b = 200b
--------------------------100%------------200%
