At start of L2 you had choice to enchant items by yourself or to buy them from other players... Donno why now you force to enchant un trade able knife to +7.

Second moment which made me shocked in this quest... Ok this dimensional siege/raid/8k mobs/ 180 oly matches you done it once and its over...
But WHY THE HELL YOU FORCE TO LVL UP DUAL CLASS TO LVL 100?! Its not even correct!! Why 100?! and not 95 for example, or 102 :P. I have my main class lvl 100+ why the hell i need same lvl dual class? Just for what if i can do only 1 instance with my char?
And i have my setup for main class, so dualclass will be way weaker...
And whats more important... I need lvl 90 - 94 lvl dual class for specific instances... Istina, sod, anakim, bless freya, frintezza, rbs...
So to take exalted i must loose it... or i must lvl up to 100, than drop lvl to 85 and lvl again?! Really?! Its terrible, really... Omg ncsoft stop terror those who like to play your game with this ridiculous no sense quests...
No1 force you to must finishe quest if you not have capacity to survive in jurney to 100/100. Exalted is just normal q for long term players , if you like 0-105 in two monts L2 is not game for you...
i kinda agree with ShakaZuluPP, think about exalted as a new noblese and the 100/100 lv requirement like old 75/75.
for me, the thing that is pretty annoying, is, the old noblesse quest only needed dedication, patience and time for farming/leveling, but now you also need tons of adena...
(ok if you are lucky you can spend only a few millions...)
So terrible when all this donators starting to flood like that... Really!!

Its ridiculous! For mr donator 20kkk adena is like 2kkk adena for normal player! WE NOT PLAY SAME GAME! Donators with all their xp/drop packs and those boxes with random rewards... You directly taking tones of adena from nothing! For you its not much to pay 5kkk for +7 exalted knife!
But for me its too much bcs instances i do give 100-300kk adena as usual for 7 players!!
So have a shame and keep silence please!

Exalted lvl 1 need main class lvl 99, lvl 2 need main class lvl 100, and lvl 3 must ask for main class lvl 101 = LOGIC ...
Lvl 3 = Dual class lvl 100 = INVALID!
Ofc mister donators who donated 95% their gear dont get purpose of dual class... too hard for them...
But real players will agree that dualclass in general need to make special tasks!
YES you may need lvl 101 dualclass if your main is feoh for example...
But you also may need low lvl dualclass for specific instances like: zaken freya, hard freya, lilith , frintezza, anakim, istina, sod, spezion, fortuna, low lvl rbs...
So forcing to make lvl 100 dualclass is not correct at all...
Nobody force you to make this knife, even i haven't make it, because i have more important things to waste my money on. But i finish all the other quests of exalted. You don't need to hurry to make it now, do it later when you make enough money. It's not that important.
As for the dual class, you need your dual class at least 99 level to learn your additional skills with dual class certificates. If you are poor player, then make dual class which use the same items like your main class, so you won't have problem with playing it.
All players who want to do this low level instances like Zaken, Freya, etc... , they make other accounts or characters in the same account which they level to certain level and do this kind of instance. Of course it takes time to level such character, but then your main character will be little more powerful, because you won't limit yourself with 90-94 dual class and you will learn lv. 4 dual class skill with the certifications. I hear for first time that someone keep his dual class at certain level only to make this instances. The dual class is made to level up just like your main class and it doesn't matter if it's Visa player or normal player. I don't waste real money on this game and i manage to make my dual lvl 100 and when i have free money for this knife i will make it +7, but i don't hurry with it.
I manage to level up with my own hands; eviscerator 96 with dual iss 87, sayha's seer 87 with dual 90 aero, tyrr maestro 86, wynn summoner 85 which dual will be 85 feoh soon, now i level another iss which is easy with the new macro. And i level them that much when i'm most of the time on my main character, so i played with them extremely little. So you can do it too

You just described why alt is necessary.
That something exist doesn't give you any right to claim it asap.
Same locations/gear.
That you can just enter that doesn't mean you can farm that you reached the level that you are entitled for gear etc.
Also its completely different from old profession quests were you literally spend huge junks of adena for teleport etc just so you can learn new skills or you stay in same spot forever if you don`t - that`s a forced task.
Exhaled is a privilege not a must. You can be 105 and have 85lv dual class.
I did the dagger part when my dual was 101 level cause i had different priorities where to spend adena.
I have invested 0 real money, total 0... Me needed 20 monts for main 99 , other 10 for dual... Went 101/100 after 4,5 years...
Make knife is depend of lucky, who told you the need bilions, as I say me needed 25 ewr and I save them monts before in duo k95. So 0 invest and dualldaggers r99 from quest sold 800kk. All delpend of korean random.
Don't worry crystall, you're far from being the only one who won't be exalted lv3.
There are many players who will never be (including me) for various reasons.
Currently doing lv1 (8000k quest left).
And after i read the quests for part II & III, I don't have to bother with leveling my dual to 100 (It's stuck at 96 and I don't exp it anymore) due to the need of killing raid bosses during part II (last time i was in full party was about 4 yrs ago before my last quit and since my return about 2 yrs ago i've been playing solo).
So I don't realy care about it (as many other things i can't do solo).
