Can gewr give +3 when used on weapon which is +3 or higher?!
When weapon is +2 than yea it can be... but if +3 or more?
I mean is it possible?! i used 15 gewr and never was +3... If its random as in description than from 15 tries at least one should be +3!!, but was not...

At any lower enchant is 50% success at +7 100% fail... COOL!
It can be +3 even if you weapons is +3 or more and it's a chance to get +3 from GEWR i guess it's very low chance, so you was unlucky.

We've told him/her numerous times now. If you can't afford it then don't go for it. I know literally hundreds of ppl who made the whole exalted, myself included. It's not impossible, it's just made to sink few billion of adena, if your lucky, like I was, you get it first try.
Also GEWR is 70℅ to get +1, 20℅ to get +2 and 10℅ for +3. You really shouldn't expect getting +3 from 15 tries.

Well math just not go in that way :) w/e if some use "100kk" item as gewr in quest knife is rich or crazy noob if ask me... Normal ewr to +7 or let quest for future ..
Ewr and gewr have same fail/succes % , pay x10 prace fore same 11% 6>7 is noob move
