Can NCsoft please put more effort on Events and Flash Sales (every 14-days) while Summer Season is starting in Europe?
Schools are done. Kids going on Summer Camps. Six or more weeks we got alot of spare time to gain up levels on the Players above us. It would be much appreciated to give us some sort of slack during this Summer period. Flash Sales? (EXP Runes/Vit Items/Elemental Shirts/Brooch Items) 50% EXP Boost? Summer Events? (Watermelon or Dracu Event). Etc Etc Etc you name it.
I am sick and tired after Fishing 6-days and not even half-way for the Belt yet. I wish you can give us some more resources and boosts while Summer lasts. Hopefully before School starts again ...
Alot of Players finally finished their Exams and got spare time. I hope you can reconsider requesting 50% EXP Boost again. Atleast give that part of the Community a chance to catch up with the majority.

I lost count... is it the 3rd or 4th week we are experiencing "issues" during the maintenance?
It is becoming the new norm.. so soon enough we will get compensation if a maintenance go right and be on time :)
Juji , events for normal players still vam happen as the year Previous ? Or starting this update only have good events for donaters. For all I know this fishing event where needed not donate not being beneficial to anyone .

What are you talking about, you can re-take the quest when it's finished. a few from my clan have the mastery rod now and im only a few quests away from it my self.

stage 1 is 10 sec... u need stage 5 to get 30 sec.... i wrote about stage 5

you need 160 quest items for the stage 1 mastery
and still 160 Quest x 100 fishes = 16.000 fishes
16.000 fishes x 2 min (give or take ...there are failed attempts) = 32.000 min
That's about 533 hours fishing for just stage 1 :D
Juji what about Chef Monkey reward chests ... whats the chance to get PVE stone , 0% ?
And how about to make the reward chests tradable?
I want to pump some adena from rich players again.

Your math is wrong. At stage 1 the quest gives 1.37% for faction, therefore you need 73 (actually 72 because the last ones give 1.39%) to finish the stage.
Stage 2 quest gives 0.92% - 0.94%, so you need around 108 quests to complete.
With the monkey baits, that have a fishing time of 75 seconds + 15 second wait, making it 1.5 minutes per fish, you'd need 180 hours or 7.5 days for stage 1.

Servers are half empty... bots manage their way around that 3-client thing anyway... i don't see the point of it.

Yup, bots find their way around everything. Its been the same for years. Real players get the ****** end of the stick due to incompetence.
I like how 3 maintainances in a row you "assume" that there won't be any technical issues and you dont exaggerate in your downtime "prediction" just to be sure.

Juji , could improve the enchantment rate for mage weapons , enough to be ridiculous with a scroll of 100% enchantment rate runs until the 12 for a fighter weapons and so until the +7 to magic weapons and .... another issue which the difference between a tyrr p atk 180k and feoh with m atk of 905k ? the tyrr hit the 500k in mobs and raid boss while feoh the hit 15k with an attack 6 times .... this is ridiculous. :mad::mad::mad::mad:

I think you want to play solo on some hunting zone, right ? You can easy up one ISS 85 level and buff yourself, also you can keep it in party with macro buff and go afk. If there is big difference in the level the iss won't take exp, but you get it all.
Actually 100+ is not really solo gameplay unless you have good gear and iss box and maybe aeore healer. 2-3 Clients on macro and go afk.
Making 85 iss is easy, you can for example take Sayha's Seer it's dd and exp fast and just get on it Dual class iss which is automatically 85 level.

Mob dmg is fine for wizards... raids not so good that they can fix
About the weapons... u can exchange them now with that red libra event .. how u think all those +10-12 retributers entered the market?

If you see 103 lvl player now, doesnt mean he is bot, buying l2store exp boost items and doing 2x Atelia 2x Kamaloka 2x Baylor + EXP on some of the new hunthing zones with the new Macro is very easy to make 103 level.
Having more than 1 account is not against any rule. I have 5 accounts. You can log max 3 Clients without breaking any rule.

So you and everyone know u need around 130 bait to get 100 fish, from these 130 baits we
get 90 secs per bait it is 130 x 90 = 11700 second . Each time u return the q u get 1.4% so 100/1.4 = 71.4. u need to return 71 times the quest to get to next lvl. Now from all these we get ((11700÷3600)×71.4)÷24= 9.66875.
You need 10 days to be on a pc 24/7 literally to get to the next lvl of fishing faction. And that is now cause of the fishing event :) . Cause that is what it is, a fishing Event and you get 90 secs only. otherwise it is 120.
((15600÷3600)×71.4)÷24=12.8916667. 13 days...

I already told you, the reason why such npc buffs for all levels won't be added is the bots. + Need to ask Korea for that and wait answer few years.

3.You don't want to share exp with your Iss tho a 99lvl char with an 85 lvl iss will get all the exp
4.You want to exp afk cause u don't want to invite/kick the buffer out of the party
5.You want nc west to adapt to your specific needs

Hmmmm....The last I remember pets that buffed took XP as well and the ones that don't cost NCcoins. Also my Boxed Iss gives me "FREE" Lvl 3 buffs soon to be Lvl 4.

How many times we need to tell you that - If you box 85 level iss in party with 95 level char or above the iss doesn't receive any exp, so the 95+ char takes all the exp. 9 or 10 levels difference between the chars in the party and the lowest doesn't get any exp, while the highest get it all.
You won't have your pet with buffs or npc for all levels. So get your own iss 85 level or higher and exp solo or just don't.

First I'm not sure what you are telling me at the beginning of your statement. It doesn't make sense. Second, I'm not new to L2 I just never used pets to buff. They are a waist of time and pet food/adena. I kill much faster with ISS buffs than I ever would with pet buffs. Fast enough to make up for the Xp my ISS gets. Yes I use the rose buff and armor/weapon maintenance buff pets, they are worth it.
