What exactly is confusing, they got issues with pre-compiled tool they use to restore lost chars in such cases as yours.They said they can restore your char, but then realized the tool has a problem and its not working, so they told you that oyu need to wait and that they will inform you once its working........

I think anyone who makes considerable changes by a first answer .. is frustrated to know that everything you did will not be worth anything because they have changed the answer at the end.
It is as if you received a job offer to another city, change and get to know that things have changed and you do not have more jobs promised.
and a low rate game where everything is slow it really makes a big difference as to topple giants ... if you know what I mean .... We know the world history that some response at the wrong time caused disasters and that are reflected until today.
on a good note they admitted they ban you for no reason by admitting to give u your account back! I'd chalk this up as a win! take a break from game for a week mail them daily to see where their progress is.... Jus consider it a temp ban until its fixed and jus stay on them everyday. Good luck

what? I did not take ban ... My account has been deleted for personal reasons, and by this I contacted to see if it was possible to restore it .... so my frustration is with the first answer that filled me with hope in as the last response from another GM no longer gave me hope .
What makes me angry is the confusion they even .. one did one thing and another says another.
And I said .. with some actions have been taken within the game with the first response , type investments , selling items and buy also .... and soon afterwards all I did not said anything.

So wait you deleted your account and NCsoft went out of their way to agree to restore it and now you're mad because it's going to take some time?

you may not even know a little about why was deleted my account to express an opinion ? And I'm not " MAD " because they could not recover my account ... I'm frustrated with the lack of transparency and divergence of information between them even .... are lost at this point. I believe that such a sized company with NCSOFT should never commit such communication errors to its customers .... what 's to understand and each one tells a different thing and then come into conflict among themselves.
the only time i got wrong with suport was when they recover my account but didnt gime my gear back, only the 99 naked toon, and this were a lonnnnnng ago.
even when they introduced the heroe coins, they gimme the wrong number of coins, i just sent my log of time cards(pay2play era) to them, and they send me the right number back.
