Early last month , when they put the update of helios , started to use the new macros repetitive with my iss . Nobody knew if it was legal to use , but can be illegal as something that brings the same game ? as a result my iss was banned saying that use bot thing I've ever done , send 1000 tickets , always with the same negative answer , saying that I had permanent ban. I always read the Forum and never saw a post of some GM staff or someone explaining whether it was legal to use them, they wash their hands. obviously they can not tell if you are using a bot or macros Togle , it surprised me the fact of the lack of response this important topic that has everyone intrigued and not know what to do .
The point is that it seems unfair that I ban the user PERMANENTLY use something the game brings and have no possibility of defense , since in the ticket were offered to GM review and control my pc with some software and cheken the macros in my PJ. Other pj Shine they would give 5 days ban , of course are big donors . Anyway , it seems very unserious handling these things obviously only buy from korea patch and not even know it brings , I would like a coherent response and my pj restitution and an apology , Which never have .
Even the GM agree on this because I have a ticket where I say it is illegal to use the new macros, but I have friends in my Clan tickets showing me where you say it's okay to use them? someone can tell me if they can use or not? i can again to be banned to play legal? http://fdzeta.com/subir/images/LgJp.jpg
Send a link of what Juji has posted somewhere around here ("repeating macros are allowed") to GM Raphael. He seems not to be up-to-date.

Your English is awful which initially lead me to believe you were talking about a 3rd party macro. I had to read the rest of the thread and re-read your message to get what you were trying to talk about.
You got a form letter response. I'm also ****ed sure that ncsoft can tell if you're using the built in repeat function for the built in macros.
he best way to determine if how you are using these devices is a violation or not is by asking yourself “Can a normal keyboard/mouse combination replicate the same behavior?†If how you are using the programmable device can be done through a regular mouse/keyboard combination, then you won’t have anything to worry about.
One example I often hear of is spamming CP potions. These devices can be setup to endlessly spam CP potions with the push of a button. Repeatedly consuming CP potions is possible through the use of a regular keyboard by setting up a hotkey and just holding down the hotkey on the keyboard. The difference is if the programmable device is somehow able to detect the character’s CP level and automatically start spamming CP potions at a specific level and then automatically stop spamming the CP potions at a specific level.

I sent a few petitions with the same request, every time with a different wording, all in vain: each of them got rebounded by GM Raphael. So, I gave up. :p
Humans... They are humans. But these humans first heard about online games/lineage2 first time here when they started working at NC West. That's why they are such idiots. It is worldwide problem, from my experience. 1st line support in most companies is dumb as hell. Their salaries are very low and none of slightly even just PC experienced person will work there.

Yes but I was using these macros and obviously it seems that you are using bot , I was reported and banearon me and now I have only automatic responses. I banearon being inside the city. I imagine that someone has a GM known or dirtiest things in this game. People that if you use bot , give 5 days to ban. The legitimate pj give us permanent ban. And not revise things , 3 private msg command him to juji . They can check my char and you will see that far from this being a pj uploaded a bot or something

in my country it is called reprisal. a Full donor reporting by bot and they close the account at one hour. All you get is an automated response that you used bot, because you ese third party program: bla bla,we can not say you did, when or what software you used, but you used.
the worst is that they can ban any account with that excuse , if not tell me to use , can be another software that is interfering with my pc and pass me back (which I do not think it was just a whim or anyone has a GM friend).in the server chronos we see the clan Africa boteando all day in Gainak , 5 day ban a seraph iss with R95 with repetitive macro Permanent BAN cave in Gigant super- logical. They can not clearly identify who uses and who does not , look the block pj under lvl 75, now when whisper looks they are 70+ , pathetic solution , solved nothing . I would say no. With Juji making a reply here, you would think they would have taken another look at his acct. A close look. you can draw your own conclusions.
GL, Take it from someone who has been banned many time over the life of L2, if you're not cheating you'll get your acct back. My case mass IP bans in Japan. Always got my accounts back.

I think it was clear, I was 3 pj party, which is the maximum pc accounts, iss, the heal and dd. Iss dd buff to each / delay 500 and use the heal heal brillant life balance, revirt / 15 DD nexttarget delay, / attac / delay 20
the heal was low lvl and was also ban but was to end factional quest, I'm not interested heal I just want my iss. DD not ban.
