Really ncsoft take 24h for response 1 ticket

My account has been hacked and they take +\- 24 for get response from the first ticket omg really ????? Where is the staff ?? I need a response urgent come on

Any gm can do anything my account is logged in game ****kkkk why too slow ncsoft whyyyyy 24 hours or more for get response of 1 ticket
