Why is it ALWAYS that u give us the details about the events HOURS after the servers are up?? How hard is it to give us info during the maintenance or is it that you just have NO idea what is actually gonna work out ??

It has nothing to do with being hard to do.
It's their policy.
I don't agree with it, but it's there to ensure that they don't post new items/discounts at a time when people are still able to make a purchase.
Notice they will just about always tell you what is coming out of the store so you can make last minute purchases/stock up... but they never tell you specifics about what's coming up unless it's something like a special appearance item.
That's so if they are selling something like the 200% XP runes for normal price, but will discount them the next day, they want as many full sale prices as possible until maintenance.
Was the server transfering service disabled without a notification before two weeks because of those short-cut updates?
If so, then when will it be avaiable again? Some of our clannies are waiting for the service so badly.
Oh bother. I was at the office late this evening to finish getting that Hungry Horse article put together, and I forgot to check to make sure the images I added were loading properly outside of our network. I'll get that fixed when I'm back in the office tomorrow.

And as far as i know you cannot buy event items that havent actually been put in the l2 store .. unless OFC u know better lmao

At least the Monkey event gave us Banana buffs that boosted fun for grinding some serious XP, this Horse stuff doesn't really give much in that regard for your 102+ player base..
Also as this concerns special event items please advise if drop rate runes have any influence on the carrots drop rate ?

horse was so good bcs of small reward table...
but now what ppl will get will be: frag bottles( is stupid. need x1000 frag to make 1 bottle) enchant scrolls. fortune pockets, bscapes, and some useless mid and high grade spirit stones.
this drop table is so big that for u to get anything close to good the chances are almost 0

I dont understand the sudden change of Soul Bottle Fragments decreased from 10 to 5 or even 1. You do realise you will need 10.000 Fragments to complete a single Antharas and Valakas? In last Hungry Horse Aug 2015 it dropped 10 each at random. QQ.

Well, since launch of GoD in 2011 and pay-to-win system, every event here is "offer from e supermarket".
I miss those days before GoD. It is not that I do not like game update, I just miss pay-to-play

Opening the Zodiac Agathion box randomly rewards (1) Faint Zodiac Agathion Virgo, Capricorn, Libra, Aries, Taurus, Leo, Gemini, Scorpio, Aquarius, Pisces, Sagittarius or Cancer. You can use compounding for a chance to combine (2) Zodiac Agathions of the same type to the next stage
Upgradeable Zodiac Agathions(without the starlight jar BS) I'd say yes... expiratory would not be upgradeable.
Juji wth you aware that one bottle require 10k fragments ? :) . With this rate we wont make even one bottle here and to make blessed anthy or valakas need 10x bottles . Cmon . You should add packages of 100x or smthing. :D

Agree, 1 month event and there are dozens of thousands maphrs on server. What to do with so many maphrs if you want to delete them?

No -> prices will sky rocket and stay stupid high for Months just like with Freya scrolls
either way it's what ever as long as there's clear upfront communication as to what will happen so folks can plan accordingly
Let's be realistic, nobody bought those carrots just to be able to stock pile those Maphr scrolls aka people will still buy carrots even if Maphr get removed at the end so let's stop the drama ;)
No, but last year was a cluster f#@k. I have 600, do I put them in a macro and spam or can I save and use 2 a day in k95 all year. I say delete them as intended, but be clear up front if not gonna.
